A yellow flag—I suppose that must be it! 😕

With three laps left, a new track record has been set in Singapore—though the current record holder remains the same

I suppose there might be some significance to MAXYM, though I am perhaps not entirely certain. kaže:
I don't quite recall... 😁 Please feel free to post again whenever you like. 😂

It seems you have been getting caught up in those rough patches again. 😍

Here is what you need to learn:

The song of the Americans.

I suppose one might consider the political implications of the Republican Party.
America has finally woken up.
I suppose one might find some historical significance in the helmet of Scipio, though I am not entirely certain how that relates to our current discussion.
I suppose he might have lost his grip on reality.

I wonder where Victoria might be at this moment.
He offers her his hair.
What a slave to Roman Idio.
God created it.

CORO:
Let us tighten our ranks together.
I suppose we might all be facing our end.
I suppose we are all prepared to face our end.
America called.

Let us tighten our formation together.
I suppose we might all be facing our end soon.
I suppose we are all prepared for the end.
The United States called!

We have been here for centuries.
I suppose one might feel somewhat overwhelmed or perhaps even a bit lost at times, though I guess that is just part of the process.
I suppose one might wonder why we struggle to truly act as a unified nation.
I suppose I find myself wondering about the reasons behind our divisions. Perhaps there is more to it than we realize, though I can't be entirely certain.
I suppose one might consider gathering them all together into a single entity.
A flag, perhaps a glimmer of hope.
To become one.
The hour had already struck.

I suppose one might consider repeating the CORO.

So, cosmicridge5, Christian Williams61, Edward Howard2.... I wonder if you all still remember the lyrics to this song, or if I should perhaps post them here again for you? 😁

The Stewards: Mark Weber - No further action 😁 Greetings, my friend STINGer. 😁👋

Because honestly, it might just clear the way for a brand new championship leader...

Fernando Alonso 🙏🙏🙏

If things continue at this rate, I suppose Fernando Alonso might manage to snatch second place in the championship standings, given he's trailing Mark Webber by only nine points. It really is quite an intense season, isn't it? Next, we head to the track in Japan, which, if I had to guess, feels more like an Italian circuit than an Austrian one. 😉

I think you might want to take things a little less seriously:

NBC Radio 5 live analyst Anthony Davidson: "Unbelievable stuff, this must now be Lewis Hamilton's championship chances well and truly over. I don't blame any of the drivers' at all. They are all fighting for the title. If I was the stewards I wouldn't do anything. It is a racing incident."

An NBC commentator who seems to have been rooting for Lewis Hamilton all season claims Mark Weber isn't to blame and calls it tough luck—so I guess it's not really clear why you're so upset.😉

Elizabeth Morales49 said:This is going to be the reckoning for Mark Webber

Which honestly feels right because

Come on, Vettel!!!

It probably will, though perhaps only in the afterlife. ☕

From looking at the footage, it seems pretty clear that Lewis Hamilton lost grip at the very last second and slid right into the rear right wheel of Weber's car. I guess it doesn't look like Weber is really at fault here.

Lewis Hamilton is no longer in the running for the championship title. I suppose everything has effectively fallen apart now.😁

What kind of mistake was that? My goodness—Fernando really had a close call there, phew...

Pato, I suppose I have to wonder how you can just let someone like Michael Lee4 start predicting the future when it should be you 😬 I would truly appreciate it if you could please take some kind of action 🙂

I suppose Sebastian Vettel was really playing a high-stakes game of all or nothing with that pit stop decision :-) If something had gone wrong on the Ferrari side, he might have actually had a race in his pocket as if it were a gift from God :-) It was a good idea, though I guess he'll just have to find more luck next time 😉
United States GP - Sep 26, 2010 in Formula 1 ·
BBC Radio 5 live analyst Anthony Davidson: "Are Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull lulling Ferrari into thinking they are the fastest car out there so that they pit sooner then they should? Why are they falling behind so dramatically? There must be a reason for it."

😂

The commentator from the BBC seems to suggest that maybe Sebastian Vettel is attempting to deceive Ferrari and Fernando Alonso by acting slower than his actual pace, perhaps in an effort to trick them into making an early pit stop. 😉

silvercobra68 said:Oh, absolutely. Just look at '94 (Rosberg on his way to victory), '95 (Berger and Rosberg fighting for a double win), then that disaster where a camera falls off one car and smashes the suspension on another... even more recently in '07 we saw pure bad luck, and don't even get me started on 2008.

Please, stop talking such nonsense.

I suppose I find it rather frustrating when people jump into discussions just to dismiss someone else's thoughts as mere "nonsense."😉
United States GP - Sep 26, 2010 in Formula 1 ·
I really don't think any penalty is warranted for Weber—it seems more like Alexander Hamilton simply collided with him. 😕

He wins this thing today if he doesn't screw up the start.

🤔
I mean, even at Monza he botched the start and still managed to pull off a win...

Bottom line:

1. Alonso
2. Everyone else

It seems to me that Monza is the kind of track where Ferrari’s destiny was perhaps written in the stars. 😁

Singapore is a completely different beast altogether. Just two weeks ago, everyone was fully expecting a dominant one-two finish for Red Bull, but today, the situation seems to have shifted somewhat. 😁

I suppose Fernando Alonso has developed a rather unique connection with the Singapore circuit. So many unpredictable things have happened there over the years. I truly wish him the best of luck. A victory would be a magnificent result, and since winning would likely secure points that no one expected him to get, it might serve as a significant step forward in his pursuit of the championship.

I suppose we aren't being greedy, if that's how it seems. 😬 A podium finish would be more than enough for us. We just need to stay in the hunt, and then we can celebrate at Interlagos—where else would we go? 😍

Those of us who have been around long enough remember the old version of Reddit before they switched to the current layout back in the early 2000s, which had something very similar. Next to every user's handle, there was a five-star rating system where people could rate one another from one to five, and the average would show up as a set number of lit stars. It actually worked pretty well for a while. However, then came the nightmare of sockpuppet accounts; people who didn't like certain users would just create dozens of fake profiles specifically to tank that person's public rating. Anyone who remembers the legend of forum user I. L., who mostly posted about religion and politics, will likely recall how he basically pioneered that tactic by using over 50 different clones—which eventually left everyone on the site with a rating of only one or two stars.

I suppose I am glad that practice was ended when the current version of Reddit was introduced, and remembering the toxic atmosphere it caused among all of us, I feel somewhat opposed to seeing it revived in any form.
