I was on them a few years back. I had to order them through a CVS Pharmacy because they were out of stock locally at the time. I went through a few boxes—can't recall the exact dosage, as that should have been specified by your dermatologist.
No side effects for me, and honestly, they were a lifesaver. After finishing the course, the constant breakouts that nothing else could touch just stopped. My skin is still somewhat finicky today, but those massive acne flare-ups that plagued me for years never came back.

I suppose I should share a rare positive experience. The urology department at Mayo Clinic was top-tier—everyone from the nurses to the doctors was exceptional. They were kind and professional, even while managing a constant stream of elderly, frail patients who required round-the-clock attention. Hats off to them. Plus, there was one young doctor who was... well, incredibly easy on the eyes. Made the whole ordeal a little less painful.🙂
