What's your prescription?

My prescription is -3.75 on the left and -4.00 on the right.
I’ve been wearing contacts lately, but I have this nagging feeling—maybe it’s just my imagination, I don't know—that the strength feels about 0.25 higher in my lenses than when I use glasses... I guess I just can't wrap my head around why my glasses would actually require a stronger prescription. 😕
Since I haven't really touched my glasses in maybe six or seven years, whenever I try to put them on, I end up with this massive headache, probably because of some random conjunctivitis or something similar.
