Can't even cast my vote. My vision is totally blurry—it's not looking the same in my left eye as it is in my right eye.😁

I'm having a hard time figuring out my actual prescription. This is what's written on my eye exam results.
-0.50 -1.25 10 degrees
-0.25 -3.50 170 degrees
If anyone here knows how to read this, I'd really appreciate some help...

It isn't just nearsightedness... take a closer look. That's actually how mine looks too (see above)... you've got both plus and minus values here. Pretty sure that means you have astigmatism.

I’m honestly not sure what my actual prescription is anymore. Back when I was at State University, I had something like a -3.0 in both eyes—maybe a little more—but after a follow-up exam, it turned out one eye was suddenly 0.5 weaker than the other. I actually asked him if it was even possible for my vision to drop like that.
And the doctor? Well, he was just his usual "communicative" self—and by that, I mean he was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't answer a single thing I said. It wasn't until I pressed him with a second question that he finally gave me this condescending little head shake, basically acting like my concern was impossible or just... well, nonsense.
Since then, I went to another specialist for a second opinion, though I can't quite recall the exact numbers 😁—it was somewhere around -2.75 for both eyes, I think.

I actually had this weird experience where a few different doctors gave me completely different prescriptions over the span of just two days... we're talking four separate measurements, and the differences were as much as 2.00 😬
Some days I feel like my vision is perfect, and other days it's like I'm totally blind. If there's something I really need to see and I focus hard enough to zoom in, the image eventually snaps into focus for me 😛.

I'm sitting at a -5.25 in one eye, and I'm pretty sure the other is around -4.50.🤔
I need to hit up the eye doctor soon, so I'll probably end up needing even stronger lenses.🙂 😬 🙄
