Intimate care routine advice? in Women's Health ·
So, I’ve just finished up my treatment, and my doctor suggested I start using some lactic acid wipes—specifically those Vivag ones—to help get my flora back in balance after finishing the course of Doxycycline and Zithromax
but now I’m feeling a bit stuck on what the best next step is, so I'm debating whether I should go with the Bayer irrigation kit with the effervescent tablets or if switching over to Monistat Gel would be better for maintaining hygiene and keeping future infections at bay

I'd really appreciate any advice you all might have 😉

Tickets for the Vienna show this Saturday are already totally snapped up... all that's left are the overpriced ones going for $350 or $450! 😲
I’d honestly love to go, but when you factor in the travel and the hotel, the whole thing just feels like way too much money for me... 😢

If anyone happens to have tickets they can't use and wants to let them go, please reach out to me...
Take care

Is anyone planning on heading to the concert in Vienna?
Tickets for Saturday, February 7th are already completely sold out... but there might still be something available for Sunday the 8th.

Does anyone happen to know what the ticket prices look like for the show in Zurich? And does anyone have a direct link for those tickets??

Olivia Cook how is your mom holding up lately?? is she dealing with much pain? I'm curious about how they actually caught the metastases—was it through an X-ray or something else? Is she constantly going through rounds of chemo right now? Also, is she taking anything by mouth, like Aromasin, Arimidex, or something along those lines??
My own mom actually isn't a candidate for Herceptin because of the specific type of HER expression she has, so it wouldn't even work for her; it’s really only effective for certain specific subtypes.
And honestly, people say that even Herceptin isn't some kind of miracle cure for everyone...
thanks so much and wishing you both the best

My mom is currently on Taxol for breast cancer, and I’m curious how long they usually administer it when Herceptin isn't an option? It seems to be working quite well for her so far!
By the way, if you're looking for specific medical advice or detailed diagnoses, your best bet is probably checking out www.webmd.com http://webmd.com
There’s actually some good info available regarding Taxol here too.

"Does BIOCIL—which is mostly a medication from Mexico—actually help patients dealing with severe malignant diseases?"I haven't heard anything about that one... please, if anyone knows, I'd love more details!u>

My mom actually went through Taxol herself! I remember how she had to spend such long stretches just lying there because the infusion had to drip in so slowly. They always gave her premedication first to help prevent any nausea. The whole process usually took about four or five hours.
I’m not entirely sure which specific diagnosis you all are dealing with, but along with the Taxol, she was also taking another heavy-duty medication orally.
She didn't deal with vomiting at all, though; she actually tolerated the treatment quite well, and her blood work stayed pretty steady since she was taking every immune booster imaginable!
However, looking back now after everything she went through, she’s struggling with peripheral neuropathy—she deals with pain in her hands, sensitivity to the cold, and tingling sensations, and she has unfortunately lost vision in one eye.

If anyone needs more details or wants to know anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Sending you all my best!
My own mom is fighting cancer right now too, so I truly feel everything you guys are going through and I am rooting for all of you to pull through this!
If anyone knows of a specific medication or even just something simple that might help ease her peripheral neuropathy symptoms—she's dealing with constant coldness, tingling, and pain in her hands after chemotherapy—please, I am begging for any advice or help you can offer!
