How exactly is this treated? Does a doctor typically prescribe antibiotics, or are we looking at long-lasting topical creams?

I’ve been dealing with this skin peeling issue for quite some time now. It’s happening around my nose, under my lip, and even on my eyebrows. Before the area around my nose starts peeling, I feel this slight burning sensation, then the redness flares up, and finally, the skin starts flaking off. Now, it’s even spread to the inside of my nostrils. It feels like my skin is just constantly dandruff-ing away. Could this be stress-induced psoriasis? What do you all think is going on here, and what’s the standard treatment?

I am fully aware that I need to see a doctor about this, but I’m curious to hear your personal takes first.
