Seborrheic dermatitis—there’s just no cure for it. I’ve been to plenty of dermatologists, cycled through three different types of antibiotics, and tried every cream under the sun. It feels fine while I’m on the antibiotics because they knock down the inflammation, but the second I stop? It all comes right back. Eventually, I just gave up on trying to "fix" it. Honestly, it’s not even worse than it used to be. It just flares up during the fall and spring, then stays quiet over the summer. Unfortunately, it’s a chronic thing, so you just have to learn to live with it.
