toxoplasmosis serology - microbiology at the Cleveland clinic
ACE testing - Mayo Clinic or Medikolov lab.

Does anyone know where I can get tested for toxoplasmosis and ACE levels using my Medicare referral in Cleveland, Indianapolis, or Washington, D.C.?
We're finally getting to the bottom of this iridocyclitis. I managed to knock out some of the required tests here in my own city, but these two are still pending, and I am completely lost.

But, if I’ve got this right, we’re looking at three potential collection agency scenarios: an unauthorized overdraft, a loan default, and credit card debt. So, basically 3 x $1,000-$667 🤷 while my total interest on the loan was less than $500? Seriously, look at me go!

Yeah, I’m just so proud of myself... a JPMorgan Chase envelope just arrived in the mail, and it’s a final notice before legal action kicks in...

The whole mess started two years ago when I lost my job. Back then, I had a massive overdraft limit, and yeah, I was forced to rely on it.
But at the start of 2012, they slashed that limit drastically. Since I’m still unemployed, I have no way to cover the gap. So, I took out a loan from JPMorgan Chase. Was I aware of the insane interest rates? Of course. But I did the math, crunched the numbers, and came up with a plan: I’d borrow enough to wipe out the overdraft entirely, plus enough to cover the monthly payments for a year. My logic at the time? I figured I would "definitely" find a job within twelve months. I kept the monthly installments low so even if I landed a low-paying gig, I could still manage.

BUT

I am still unemployed. The overdraft is maxed out again, I’ve got some small credit card debt piling up, and now—today—this freaking envelope arrives.

I knew this day was coming. I actually went into the bank around New Year's to try and "work something out." But we didn't reach an agreement because
1) at that time, the bank didn't even consider me a delinquent since all the loan installments had been paid on time.

2) the representative simply refused to accept the fact that I was still using my overdraft (even if it was reduced) based on my unemployment benefits and one back-payment from a 2008 bankruptcy settlement. She actually thought it was hilarious that I was playing it safe by keeping my payments under $100.

Well, whatever. Right now, $6.75 I’m probably worth less than a billion bucks to them. I'm glad I can provide her with a good laugh.

She tried to convince me the bank wouldn't classify me as a debtor until three months after the first missed payment. And like a fool, I fell for it...

For the record, I don't own anything. I live with my mom (who is retired) in her house, and I drive her car.

Can anyone explain what this legal seizure actually means for people like us? I mean, what exactly can they seize?

I have some leads on seasonal work, but I don't even have money for the bus ticket. 🙂

Oh, I forgot to mention: I stopped checking in with the unemployment office. I took every cent I could get and now I'm just trying to preserve my sanity. I'm mentioning this because I heard rumors about a moratorium for the unemployed. Not that it matters—the IRS had no problem issuing my tax refund (as a dependent).

I honestly have zero issues with my urinary tract or anything gynecological. No pain, no itching, no discharge. Nothing.
Theoretically, contamination is on the table: there were already about 20 dishes sitting on the shelf, and who knows if the next person stocking them stumbled and "compromised" someone else's samples with a stray drop or two? 😕 This whole sloppy sample collection process makes no sense to me. 🙂

Anyway, I rushed over to my doctor yesterday with the results. She told me to get a urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity test on Monday, saying, "then we'll panic if we need to." The provisional diagnosis is cystitis—I did a little digging online and realized maybe the rapid incontinence diagnosis was premature. It feels like I really need to settle this with a urologist.

So, the Democratic Party is missing from the results—even though the dermatologist specifically requested it. Is there anything else missing from the list? 🤷

Back in the winter of 2010/11, I started getting these tiny reddish spots on my arms and legs. In those areas, my skin—which has always been oily—became dry and "parched." They appeared very rarely and didn't last long (maybe 3 days max), just one at a time.

This spring, things took a turn for the worse. I currently have about 15 of them: on my arms, legs, glutes, and around my navel. They peel slightly, but now they linger longer and leave scars—pigmentation changes that are darker or lighter than the surrounding skin. At no point did these spots ever itch.

I saw a dermatologist the day before yesterday. She suspects dehydration. I have a follow-up in a month and a half once these results come back:
ESR, CRP, CBC, CMP, glucose, liver panel, urea, creatinine, Fe, UIBC, TIBC, urine, and total IgE.

Now, I am a total layman. If I remember correctly from biology class, elevated leukocytes mean a bacterial infection (but I don't feel anything—no fever, no pain).
The erythrocytes, leukocytes, protein, nitrites, and the heavy bacteria in my urine worry me. Where is this coming from? What does it mean?

One more thing: My primary care doctor has been incredibly sloppy lately. Did she actually include everything the dermatologist requested on the orders? It looks like TIBC is missing.
Can I wait a month and a half for these results, or do I need to get this to my GP immediately?

Let me see the difference...
