So, I’ll go first. I have installed everything and completed all the steps... But when I log into the IRS portal and try to enter my business details under the certificates section, the field is just empty. There is absolutely nothing there. 😢

I’m no hormone expert, but cigarettes shouldn't have anything to do with how effective it is. Besides, just read the instructions.
Thanks for getting back to me. Actually, I did make it to my workout yesterday. Everything seems fine. I’ve essentially been resting for four days (in my own little way). Hopefully, it all turns out okay.
I couldn't find a similar thread, so if this already exists... you know how it goes.
Basically, I've been trying to figure out what this famous concept of "bed rest" actually means. I assume it changes depending on the procedure or diagnosis.
After my IUD insertion, my doctor told me I needed to "rest" for two or three days. In my book, that means I won't be riding my mountain bike for 30-31 miles miles, skipping jump rope sessions, or having sex over the weekend. I was already planning to hit the gym by Monday! But apparently, my family and friends think "resting" means lying around for three whole days, which is just impossible for me. I mean, what could actually go wrong? It’s not like I just had hip replacement surgery.
How have you all handled "rest" after specific diagnoses or procedures? What exactly do doctors mean when they tell you to take it easy?

We really need a thread about fitness. We're getting out of shape.
Oh, I know. I'm just waiting for someone to call us out. But "normal weight" isn't even a real topic anymore.😉
You're right. We should establish some real metrics, like: minutes spent on a treadmill, or how many flights of stairs you can climb in a skyscraper with or without heavy breathing.🙂

I bought a screwdriver🙂 I think I'll hold off on the stairs for now.
Steve, is there a standardized measurement for how long to skip a screw? Like, in minutes?😁

No. 😁 But I find it entertaining. 🤣

I am still a work in progress😬
There are some stairs in my building; I will give it a shot and let you know.🙂 You mean, how much can I do without getting winded? Like, breathing through my nose?
Or just how far can I go before I collapse?
Karen Martin75 said:Forget the scale... grab a measuring tape and a mirror 😁 and more importantly—how many flights of stairs can you sprint up before you're completely winded?
That will tell you everything about your actual fitness level and whether you're moving forward or sliding backward.👍
Give me a goal in flights of stairs. 😁 I'll give it a shot once I get home.
It simply won't work. I provided the link, but once my post goes live, it disappears entirely. I am attempting to upload the photo here 😢

Wow, that worked perfectly. 🙂
I have a dilemma. I’m taking Logest (on the good days) and I’m supposed to start a new pack tonight, but my period hasn't arrived yet. I’ll take a test just to be safe, even though I don't think I'm pregnant. What now? If the test comes back negative, should I still start the new pack tonight or wait?
Hi ladies. A quick question:
After taking Triquilar for eight years, I switched to Logest because I wanted to cut down on some side effects. Everything went fine for the first three months, and then my doctor gave me a continuous prescription. It wasn't until the fourth month that I started experiencing light bleeding—mostly a brownish-red discharge—right in the middle of my cycle. And honestly, the longer I stay on them, the heavier the discharge gets every single month. Does this mean they're too weak and I’ll have to go back to Triquilar?
