Actually, that's not how it works: 'The policyholder can claim a reimbursement by submitting a receipt in their name, and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.'
Online banking issues

Can someone tell me if all banks charge small businesses a monthly fee for online banking even if you don't use it? Like, even if there aren't any transactions? For example, JPMorgan Chase hits me with $17 every month regardless of whether I actually moved any money or not. Is that just how all the banks here in the US work?
