Does Marks & Spencer close up shop entirely, or are they still hanging on?
I'm on the hunt for a black flared dress... Size 14.
Something like this, for instance: http://www.c-and-a.com/de/de/shop/da...2schwarz%22%29
I actually tried it on at C&A, but the 12 was far too tight across the bust, and they were completely out of the 14.
Does anyone recognize this boutique located right in the ground floor of that hospital over in the Dubrava area?
My mother popped in there one day while she was out for an appointment—just a quick, unplanned stop. She mentioned they seem to specialize exclusively in larger sizes, starting at a 14 and up. They had some lovely tunics, dresses, and tops, though.
For instance, the price for a tunic is about $40.
I’ve been trying to track them down online, but I can't find a single trace of them—not even a name for the shop.
Is it possible to track down those items from the Violeta by Mango collection in local American retail stores?
Do the standard Mango outlets carry any plus-size options?
I’m specifically hunting for a 14 or 16...
I won't have the bandwidth to go through everything, so I'll just provide a brief overview of the situation.
It’s an outstanding debt with T-Mobile. For a few months now, I've been receiving paperwork from a collection agency.
Every one of these notices is titled simply "NOTICE."
It states that if I don't settle the debt immediately, they will initiate legal proceedings to collect.
1. Does this mean a writ of execution hasn't even been initiated yet?
2. Once we reach the stage of actual collection, are they legally obligated—under some specific section of the Uniform Commercial Code, perhaps—to notify me via a formal document that isn't just labeled "NOTICE," but rather something like a "motion for judgment" (or whatever the proper terminology would be)? In other words, an official document informing me that the collection process has actually commenced?
3. With such a document in hand, would I be able to open a protected account, or will they simply seize the funds abruptly, leaving me to try and open a protected account only after the fact?
I am under the impression that the payment will eventually be collected. My goal is simply to establish a protected account before the seizure occurs.
Is it possible to set up a protected account somewhat arbitrarily? For instance, walking into a Federal Reserve branch and requesting one?
For those of you handling your bills through JPMorgan Chase online:
JPMORGAN CHASE BANK SERVICE FEES:
9.3. Issuance of payment confirmations processed via
The Bank (completed or declined)
9.3.1. via mail to a physical address: $5.09 per confirmation
9.3.2. via email* : $0.51 per confirmation
9.3.3. at a local branch, upon specific client request: $5.09 per confirmation
Note:
* Note: until January 31, 2014, fees under
tariff item 9.3.2. will not be charged.
So, starting in February, JPMorgan Chase is going to begin charging for sending payment confirmations to your email. As it stands, their online portal only "stores" transaction history for about 13 months; anything older than that simply disappears from the system.
A bit of advice for everyone: I suggest emailing all your payment confirmations to yourself and keeping them in a dedicated folder. It’s a matter of due diligence. If, for instance, the city waste management department claims you missed a bill back in July 2011, you won't have any proof of payment if you relied solely on the online portal—unless, of course, you want to trek down to a branch to request a printout, which will undoubtedly come with its own fee.
Hey ladies. 😉
I’m on the hunt for a bikini 😢 ....
Ideally two pieces, though I really want the top to feel more like a structured bra—something with underwire and support, you know? Something that actually holds everything in.
I managed to find something somewhat similar at Gap, but the top lacked any kind of underwire, which is a total dealbreaker for me...
Have any of you come across anything along those lines lately?
Size-wise, I'm looking for a US 10 to 14, depending on the brand.
Hey ladies.
Does anyone know where I might find a decent spring dress in the city? Something knee-length, perhaps in a vibrant hue or a bit of a pattern—something easy enough to pair with ballet flats for everyday wear, without being overly $100?
I’m looking at a size 14 or 16, depending on how the cut falls...
Does anyone happen to have a decent template for creating invoices and pro forma invoices in Excel?
I've been scouring the Microsoft Office pages and a few other sites, but I'm struggling to find something that clearly specifies the sale of services, rather than physical goods, materials, or similar items.
For instance, the invoice would need to list things like: partial massage x3, thermal blanket treatment, and cavitation treatment x4.
I personally haven't had any negative encounters with nurses.
Quite the opposite, actually; those I’ve crossed paths with—or even worked alongside for stretches over the last few years—have been genuinely decent, kind, and approachable.
However, my experiences with doctors... well, those have been a different story entirely. 😢
Now, I’m not going to go so far as to claim that every single physician out there is a total failure, lazy, or just plain incompetent.
It ought to be obvious to everyone here that unless you are actually walking in a nurse's shoes, you shouldn't be acting like an expert by suggesting "let's just fire her" over every minor hiccup.
The reality is that yes, there are some who are rude or lack basic humanity, but you simply cannot make broad generalizations based on those outliers.
Every profession has its share of difficult people. You see it with retail clerks, or at the DMV, or honestly, in every single line of work.
Besides, dealing with people is arguably one of the most taxing things a person can do. It’s often more exhausting than managing small children.
I’m not trying to defend anyone here (and I’d appreciate it if the agitators didn't jump down my throat immediately), but I will say it again—every job has those types.
Is it possible to embed a PowerPoint presentation directly into my HTML code while I'm working in Notepad?
Do I have to take screenshots of every single slide and just insert them as images, or is there a better way?
I mean, can I actually embed the file in its native PPT format so that when someone opens the page in, say, Chrome, they see an interactive presentation rather than just a bunch of static pictures?
