Hey everyone.

So, here’s the deal: for the last two months, I’ve been feeling this constant throbbing in my abdominal aorta. During the day, I can mostly ignore it, but once night rolls around and I try to sleep, it’s a nightmare. I usually sleep on my side, but the pulsing is so intense I can’t even drift off. It feels like there's a rhythmic pounding right in my gut. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? What could actually cause a pulse strong enough to physically wake you up from sleep?
Thanks.

Elizabeth Jackson64 said:I’ve had my period since 6th grade, and back then it was just a "fine, you're here, now you're gone" kind of thing :P But toward the end of high school, I started getting this intense pain in specifically my left ovary every other month during those first couple of days (since, as we all know, one ovary supposedly takes turns each month..), and once I hit college, it turned into monthly torture. I’m stuck at home the second day, or if I absolutely have to go somewhere, I’m hobbling around clutching a Tylenol and praying to God... It’s honestly miserable... Other than that, I don't have any gynecological issues; all my tests come back perfectly fine...
so let's hope you aren't dealing with anything weird, and that the twitching is just your body reacting to the cramping and stuff... either way, definitely check in with your OBGYN, mention those specific symptoms, and if necessary, make sure you aren't reacting poorly to whatever medication you're taking
fingers crossed! 😉

I have a question for everyone, please help me out with some advice 🙂
I hope you guys read the beginning of my post and the background info I provided regarding this topic.. My question is this: up until about 4 months ago, my period always arrived on the exact same day or maybe 1 or 2 days early, but it was consistent! Over the last 4 months, things have shifted: around New Year's, it was late twice by a little bit (maybe 2 or 3 days), and for the last 2 months, it's been arriving 7 days early.. I realize the question might sound bizarre and I know stress and everything else can mess with your system, but I'm asking because I'm actually really calm right now—no major stressors, life is pretty much great at the moment... 🙂
Does anyone know if this could be a sign of an underlying issue (I just had a Pap smear and everything looks perfect) or is this totally normal...? Thanks, everyone 😉

I'm dealing with something similar. I went to my doctor back in November, and all my results were great, but ever since then, my PMS has gotten way worse. My breasts start hurting so bad it drives me crazy about 7 days before my period starts. And when the period actually hits, it only lasts 4-5 days, whereas it used to last 6-7 days.
Hey everyone!
So here’s the deal: my period wrapped up two days ago, and now I’ve noticed this white-ish, clear, slimy discharge.
I’ve been feeling a bit paranoid lately 🙄, so I wanted to check—is this actually normal?
Thanks!!
Stomach issues... what's going on? in Health ·
I feel like a total idiot for starting another thread just like this one.
Honestly, I don't even know what's going on with me. It just hit me out of nowhere—it’s like a light switch flipped, because I’ve never dealt with any of this before.

Hey everyone.
I'm 22, and for the last two years, my cycle has finally stabilized to a predictable 24-26 day stretch.
Before that, things were a total mess; I never knew when it was coming because I was cycling every 14 days like clockwork.
Well, after having a regular rhythm for two whole years, everything just threw a curveball—my period showed up after only 17 days, which means it arrived a full week early.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of sudden shift? What could actually cause a cycle to "glitch" like this out of nowhere?
Thanks.

Nancy Grant said:If you had a normal period and the test was negative, you're likely fine. Usually, a test shows up about 15 days after conception. If you're counting from that specific encounter, it might be too early to tell for sure...

Thanks, Mark Bishop10.
I should be ovulating right about now, but things feel off. I don't have my usual discharge; instead, there’s just this tiny bit of white-ish stuff sticking to my underwear.
I really hope I'm not pregnant.🙂
Hey.
Can I ask a question without getting roasted?
I had sex last month, about a day after my period ended, and we didn't use protection.
I did get my period right after that, so everything seemed normal then.
Now, I'm not due for another one for about ten days, but my breasts have been aching for almost a week, and my stomach is acting up—just really sensitive.
A few days ago, I took a test first thing in the morning, but the urine had been sitting there for about 20 minutes because I couldn't hold it while I ran to the CVS 🙂
The test came back negative.
Is it actually possible that I'm pregnant, or am I just overthinking this whole thing?
Thanks everyone for the help!!!
