Keep an eye on the confederation 😁
In West Virginia, you have the American Baptists😉

Even before the Revolution, Baptists basically just swept up the rural Americans, and later on, they took in freed slaves too.

Actually, here is a larger version.

Strange how they left out the French. And why they split up the Native Americans.

I’d say the map was doctored; Kocsis didn't make it. Forgery is common enough. Take those maps from the geography department—they were doctored too. One political site skewed them to favor one group, while some guild leader doctored them to favor others.

Anyway, after 1918, we finally got back into our own cultural orbit. Now we just need to pressure the media to start acting like a real part of the USA instead of obsessing over everything in Mexico. We'll deal with them if and when they actually join us 🙂

A picture is worth a thousand words...
No matter how much richer or more advanced America gets, some people will always look to New York City for orders, even if it's just coming from some former graveyard manager. 😂

She’s gorgeous. Like, she was stunning when she was young, and now? Total MILF vibes. 👍

Carl Castillo69 said:man, I seriously can't wait—these are what real movies look like. We're talking top-tier effects, massive casts, pure spectacle... just total brain candy. Honestly, I'd much rather sink my teeth into something like this than waste my time sitting through those depressing little indie dramas and all that other crap.

I'm with you. Honestly, those Avengers movies kind of soured me on trying to watch dramas lately.

Has this guy ever actually stepped down from his title as a Trumpian warlord? I'm being dead serious here.

We really shouldn't act surprised every time we roll out the red carpet for our neighbors to the east. At this point, it’s not even an outlier anymore—it’s just how things work.

As for the Duke, honestly? Total pro move. You spent years fighting against this nation, and now look at you—politicians and the media are practically bowing down to you. It’s the ultimate win for his agenda.

Honestly, we barely even talk about our own role within the USA.

Did we ever get a documentary on Lithuania or Poland or maybe Portugal?

I wasn't really thinking about geography, more like... do people actually count them?

If they ever grabbed independence, they'd be the only Buddhist nation in all of Europe.

Alright, so it's a relative majority—maybe 40%—but still.

Betty Cruz2 said:If you want to get pedantic and claim an ethnic territory is defined by a settlement—or even just a single family's tent—then 95% of the land in Alaska is actually ruled by bison, rodents, and all sorts of other polar wildlife.😁

🙂

Even those ethnic states have like 50 to 70% Russ, especially the non-Muslim ones. I don't know about the whole stretch from the Appalachians all the way to Alaska (which is only famous because of that game Risk), but there's definitely at least 50% Russ there, probably way more to be honest.

So, speaking of Russia and their indigenous groups...
Are the Kalmica basically the westernmost Asian people, maybe even considered part of Europe?

Child sexual abuse: How to spot the signs? in Psychology ·
Emily Hayes said:Hey, little blonde,

No matter how much everyone here tries to tell you that you have nothing to be ashamed of or that none of this is your fault, I honestly don't think it’s that easy to just believe it. When you take a hit like that at such a young age, the wound is just too deep to fix with simple logic or rationalization. It doesn't actually matter if the person involved was an adult who knew better, or just another kid who thought they were playing a game. What matters—the only thing that truly counts—is how it affected *you* and what it did to your sense of self, regardless of how much blame or responsibility lies with the other person.

In my experience, wounds like these can only really be eased or healed by working with a high-quality therapist. My advice? Try out a few different people until you find someone who just "clicks," someone you can actually trust enough to be vulnerable with. This kind of history drains far too much of your life force to let it stay buried in some dark corner of your mind forever. 🙂

And look, let's be real: sexual abuse among children does happen, and it leaves scars on both sides. A child who has been victimized isn't going to feel any better just because the person who hurt them was also a child—sometimes even younger than they were. From the outside looking in, it might be easy to see that the little aggressor has their own baggage, too. But for the child who was harmed, knowing that doesn't take away the trauma, and frankly, it shouldn't be your job to worry about their story while you're still trying to process your own.

I don't know.
The stuff boys do to girls, like groping around in 6th grade—that kind of thing usually stops by 8th grade or high school. It's basically just some weird rite of passage, nothing out of the ordinary. 🤷

Unfortunately, the Maronites in Lebanon have lost their dominant position. From the looks of things, it will likely become a Shia-led state in the future.

It’s not quite that simple, though. Just look at how things play out in Canada...

Shias stick to their spots, Sunnis have theirs, Maronites stay in theirs. Sure, people mix, but there's plenty of friction too.
