When you apply for a student loan to cover tuition, how long does it actually take for the money to hit the university's account?
Not sure what your budget looks like, but a buddy mentioned the Shaballa Org event is about $280 per person... all-you-can-eat food and drinks included 😉
I'm hitting up the private party, VIP only :P

one of my favorites back on the IT boards was that thread about some "software development program" or whatever 😂 🤣 🙏
Quick question about Windows 7... So, I picked up Windows 7. First, I put it on my laptop, then on my brother's desktop. Since everything seemed to be running pretty smoothly, I went ahead and installed it on my own desktop too. Now I've hit a snag. On both my laptop and my brother's machine, we had to hunt down sound drivers after the install. It was an HP laptop, so finding the right drivers wasn't much of a struggle. On my brother's PC, I just used the standard high definition drivers and they worked perfectly on both machines. Here's the thing: my desktop uses the exact same sound card as his. I downloaded the latest version of those same drivers, but I'm getting zero sound.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated... Thanks in advance 👍
Haven't read the whole thread... but does anyone know where I can pick up one of those poker sets? You know, the ones with all the chips and everything...
A bit bigger than a fist... five inches is just right for me... not sure how big yours is.
haha... whatever, things might look up eventually
but honestly, he’s got a point... 😁

Here's the deal; are you allowed to use strikes from something like karate in Muay Thai, kickboxing, or similar stand-up combat sports (assuming they aren't strictly prohibited, like elbows in certain kickboxing leagues), or are the strikes required to follow specific "official" technical rules?
My coach would tell you... any hook that lands is a legal one, regardless of how you throw it. 😁

Regarding essentials such as gloves, shin guards, hand wraps, and similar necessities.
Depends. For starting out, you're probably better off just picking up some gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, and a mouthguard at a local MMA gym near the park. Don't bother with shorts yet, you don't really need them.😉

Yeah... Viktor Zaman... trains over at Spartan Gym... why?
Tyler James57 said:So, I have a quick question—does anyone here have any firsthand experience training Muay Thai over at the Subos gym? I'm curious if it's a good environment for someone just starting out—total beginner status—and also, does anyone happen to know when their next enrollment period or registration window opens up? Thanks a million!
I train at that gym and it’s been great... fits perfectly around my college schedule and everything else... good enough for starting out... just two sessions a day, plus you can use the equipment whenever during the day if you want to squeeze in some strength training... regarding sign-ups, just show up to a session and talk to the coach. They'll likely take you in, assuming there's space—they don't care about your fitness level or anything. You can find the schedule on their site
www.subos.hr... shoot me a DM if you need anything else. Cheers.
