The forum isn't exactly buzzing. If anyone here has been diagnosed with IC, please send me a private message. I've been dealing with this for over a year now, but without an official diagnosis, I can't find a doctor who actually gets it. It’s hard to find someone to talk to who understands the reality of this. 😢

Does anyone know how to actually use the travel insurance from my Zabka fan? I’m getting ready for a trip and usually just buy coverage from an insurance company. Then I remembered I have this dynamic Zabka fan benefit and figured I might as well use it. I can't find any info on how to trigger it, though.
Allianz would normally send me instructions and a contact number... 🤷

I’m not quite sure how to phrase this without sounding delusional. 🙂
I live in a first-floor apartment. Directly below me is the building's heating substation—the kind of setup you find in most American apartment complexes. My mother has developed this theory that the unit itself, or perhaps the water flowing through it, could be negatively impacting our health.
It sounds absurd to me, but I’d like to find a way to convince her otherwise. 😁
Does anyone have any insight on this? Or does anyone know if there’s an expert (maybe a doctor or something similar?) 🤷 who could come by the apartment and give us a "professional" opinion?
