Maybe you should look into your hormone levels?
It could definitely be linked to your skin or hair if there’s some kind of deficiency going on, I mean, I have a few examples in mind...
p.s. Have you been taking any medications over these last 11 or 12 years? I think I heard somewhere that dry skin can be one of those side effects.
I honestly think the biggest mistake you can make is footing the bill for your kid's driver's license and buying them a car right out of the gate. My parents always preached this, and I guess they have a point... if there’s a wreck or something tragic happens on the road, that massive weight of responsibility falls squarely on the parents. So, in my book, let them earn their own license and save up for their own ride first.
Nah, nothing from that... I guess too much beer just ate away at my enamel and totally trashed my teeth ☕
I mean, I’m totally on board with using supplements too. Honestly, most of what we’re talking about here are just the standard signs of getting older and living a pretty messy lifestyle. It’s way harder to hit that feeling of being completely full or satisfied now than it was back when we were kids, you know? And look, you don't exactly have to go back to high school to learn how to eat right... at this age, you’ve basically become your own teacher. Maybe just try cutting back on the booze or whatever else you think you can actually manage to change.
Looking at it from a certain angle, yeah. I mean, the causes are strictly down to those individuals' own struggles with illness, or maybe just some tragedy or suicide attempt happening nearby.
As for someone actually changing their core character for the better on their own? I don't think so. Not really.
Now, I’m not counting major career shifts here—I’ve seen plenty of folks jump from totally different fields straight into the ministry, but they always claim they were meant for it all along, so I won't count those as real changes. And I'm not talking about people getting sober, either; while that's huge, I don't necessarily link overcoming an addiction to a fundamental shift in someone's actual character.
1. Flaking out or changing plans at the absolute last second
2. Just being indecisive or constantly flip-flopping on things
3. That whole caveman energy—just constant, pointless chatter, muttering under your breath like a disgruntled old man, or losing your cool over nothing (which is usually what liars do when they get caught)
Honestly, I can deal with gossip and all that junk, but this stuff? This is what really gets to me.
There’s just so much junk out there on the market when you're trying to boost your immunity... I used to take colostrum plus and Esberitox N, mostly just as a preventative thing, even though I wasn't even on birth control pills at the time...
I mean, all of that is fine, I guess. You should probably check out what the girls are recommending in the other threads. The main thing is just making sure you're actually doing something about it 🙂
So, my OB-GYN actually told me that birth control pills basically wreck your immune system (which I guess explains why yeast infections seem to pop up way more often)... and they said I absolutely had to be taking some kind of immune booster if I started on them. I'm not even taking them anymore, though—just gave up on the whole thing. I think maybe there’s even a warning about it in the fine print on the packaging...
