Don't jump to the worst conclusion. It's likely just a fibroadenoma or a cyst, but you won't know for certain until you see a doctor. Don't put it off; you'll feel much better once you have actual answers.

I'm 24 years old, and I feel almost identical to silverowl8. I think it stems from reaching that stage of independence, which brings a massive wave of new responsibilities. I feel constantly on edge, anxious, unable to sleep, and unable to unwind.
My only question is whether this phase will pass on its own, or if I should seek professional help?

I’m feeling pain in my glute area (left side), just above the knee and slightly higher toward the hip. It feels like there's a blister or a localized swelling there, and almost every time I bend my leg, I get a sharp cramp. For context, I have a herniated disc, and typically my left leg is the only thing that hurts because of it. I'm wondering if this is all part of the same issue or if I should be worried about something new emerging. 😢

For quite some time now, I’ve been dealing with pain in my right breast, specifically just below the nipple. It all started when I was taking Yasmina; any slight pressure or leaning against that spot would trigger an intense, sharp pain. I stopped taking the birth control immediately, and while the acute pain subsided, the discomfort persists. On top of that, I occasionally notice a tiny amount of white discharge from the nipple. I had an ultrasound, which revealed a simple cyst in the upper part of the breast, but I don't think it's linked to this specific pain—everything else came back clear. Regarding the discharge, my doctor suggested it might be galactorrhea. I also have two small fibroadenomas in my other breast.

The main issue is this lingering dull ache and general discomfort in the right breast. If anyone here has experienced similar symptoms or has any insight into what might be going on, I would truly appreciate your thoughts.
