Does anyone have any clue what might be going on here because my girl’s period showed up right in the middle of last month? She took a test and it was negative, but she’s constantly dealing with her cycle being all over the place, plus she just dealt with some cysts she had to get cleared out... She keeps saying stress is totally wrecking her rhythm too... What’s your take on this whole irregular timing thing and is it actually a huge red flag or what?
So I'm weighing this idea of launching a new venture, and I’d probably need to pull a loan for something like $150,000 over a 5 to 7-year stretch... I'm trying to wrap my head around what the actual requirements are to land a loan like that, specifically how much collateral I'd need to have sitting there to back it up, and just what kind of monthly payments we're talking about since I haven't even touched interest rates for this kind of thing yet... The business would basically be running a mix of transport services and tourism stuff...
So, I’ve been having some real issues with my bladder lately, basically just peeing all the time... It gets pretty bad where I feel this sudden, desperate urge to go, but then it’s just a few drops when I actually get there. And the flow is just totally messed up, it starts and stops and starts again like it can't make up its mind... Anyway, I finally got a referral to the Urology Department at a major hospital here in the city, and the suspected diagnosis is prostate hyperplasia, SUSP, so they want to do an expanded exam. Does anyone actually know what that entails? Like, is it going to be painful or what? My doctor also mentioned something about maybe doing a swab or a test, but I have no clue how that even works...
