I wouldn't change a single thing about them if I had the chance. I recommend their services to everyone, from the bottom of my heart.
Has anyone here had any experience with the makeup artist Mary Bennett ???
Jeremy Anderson8 said:Can someone please slide me the numbers for some seriously talented makeup artists via DM? I’m looking for someone who actually knows what they're doing—someone whose work isn't going to completely melt off my face when the heat hits 105 degrees out there. I need that kind of staying power that survives even the most brutal, scorching summer weather.🙂 Well, just my luck—it’s starting to pour.🙂I mean, it’s honestly just something like a three-term Taft, I guess... if you really think about it.🙂........
Honestly, I don't even know why I bother bringing this up, because my friends' experiences with this whole mess aren't even worth mentioning. It’s just... it's nothing. Total nothingness.🙂.....
Thanks in advance...😉
I am in the same boat. I need recommendations for proven professionals because my event is on July 30th.
We’ve finally tracked everything down; now we just need to find a florist in San Francisco.
If we decide to go with photo California, which team should we hire?
I need some assistance. We still have to book our photographer and videographer, but I can't seem to find the vendor list on the forum. If anyone has any recommendations, I would truly appreciate it, as I am completely lost regarding typical pricing and lead times.
Please help.
Thank you.
I just stepped out of the Bolero venue in San Francisco, and I am absolutely blown away. The manager was incredibly helpful; he walked us through everything and explained how the process works. He clarified that we aren't barred from bringing our own desserts—we just need to provide a certificate or a receipt showing where they were purchased to ensure everyone is protected. We’re heading back this Saturday to see how the space looks set up for the reception before making our final call, but honestly, I think we've found "the one." The venue is perfect!
I’ve heard nothing but glowing reviews about their salads and everything else, though I wasn't aware of their dessert selection. Is it possible to bring my own baked goods? Also, what is the rental fee for a chair? Do they provide colored chair covers and bows, or am I expected to bring my own?
thank you.
What is the seating cost at Bolero, what is the capacity, and how is the air conditioning? Please share your experiences. Thank you.
Could someone please provide me with some information regarding Naperville...

I attended the Pirate Festival this year. The food was underwhelming; I wasn't satisfied.
Aaron Patel15 said:My party was at the Fable during a total heatwave. Honestly, it was pretty cold near the tables—some people were even closing the AC vents because of it. On the dance floor, it just depends on how many people are grinding and jumping around, but it held up fine. If you're dancing in mid-summer with 60 people, obviously it's gonna get warm.
Bottom line: their AC is more than decent. No smoking inside, obviously, but they have a room right next to the dance floor where people can smoke. I was really worried about how much smoke would drift in, but I can tell you it's not bad at all. The hall doesn't get smoky, mostly because people aren't running outside the building to smoke—they just hang out right by the floor.
How was the food? Was everyone satisfied with the catering? Also, since three rooms are located close together, can you hear the music bleeding over from the other halls?
I am curious about the air conditioning situation at the local headquarters and in the surrounding area. Since we will be meeting in July or August when the heat is intense, I want to ensure there is adequate cooling in the hall.
What’s the price range for a chair at Fabula? Also, do they provide their own covers and colored upholstery, or am I responsible for bringing my own?
Does anyone know if there are any banquet halls in the area where the rooms aren't so close together? I attended an event near San Diego recently, and the music from the next room was blasting right while we were trying to eat. It was honestly awful.
Thank you.
It’s been three weeks now, and I’ve been dealing with this constant aching in my right ovary along with pain in my groin and leg. I went to see my gynecologist; the PAP test came back fine, but during the ultrasound, they spotted a shadow. She mentioned it might be a fibroid, but said if my cycles are regular and everything else seems normal, there's likely nothing to worry about. However, she advised that if the pain persists, I should get blood work done and then follow up with her again. Honestly, the fear is starting to sink in.
I would love to tattoo three cubes, but I am struggling to find a way to connect them so they don't just look isolated. Does anyone have any suggestions or photos for inspiration?
