Hey everyone!
I’ve got a few questions, so if anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.
I started working at my current company back in 2009—so, more than 15 years now—and they still haven't handed over my actual Medicare card. I'm basically still stuck using that little scrap of paper I was given when I first started.

I checked in with Medicare about my card, and they told me it was sent directly to my employer under a specific work order number. But whenever I call the folks at my office who handle this stuff, they swear up and down that nothing has ever arrived.

Now, here’s where it gets weird: back at the start of 2009, I changed my last name, which happened right around the same time they were rolling out the Social Security Number updates. Is it possible things just got lost in the shuffle there? Because whenever I try to look up my SSN info online, I can only find it if I use my old maiden name.
Also, when I signed up for supplemental insurance, I used my current last name, but when the paperwork finally showed up, it had my old name on it?!??
Fashion for curvy girls in Fashion ·
Hey ladies!
I’ve got two quick questions, so if anyone happens to know the deal, please help a girl out.
My mom and I are heading over to Canada soon—it's our first time there—and I was wondering if that BTC City mall in Ljubljana has any decent shops for plus-size clothing. My mom is 47 and, honestly, she’s pretty sturdy, probably around a size 14, and she always struggles to find stuff that actually fits. We live down in the South, and even here, the selection for curvy women isn't exactly amazing.

Also, regarding Chicago, what’s the vibe like for plus-size options at City Center?

Thanks so much in advance for any tips!
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) advice? in Women's Health ·
Lisa Thompson said:After my ovaries were removed, I started hormone replacement therapy using Femoston Conti tablets, but they ended up spiking my cholesterol and blood lipid levels. Professor Koršić over at Rebro suggested switching things up because he’s pretty sure the Femoston is the culprit. He thinks switching to hormone patches should help normalize everything. Up until now, I’ve actually responded incredibly well to HRT—no side effects, and honestly, I felt great. The only real issue was some weight gain. Since I managed to drop 43 kg using a gastric band and hit 64 kg, I am absolutely terrified of gaining the weight back. Has anyone here used the patches? I'd love to hear your experiences.

So, I used Estraderm TTS 50 patches for about three years... and during those three years, I went from 70 kg to 90 kg... then this year, they stopped making the 50 mg ones, so on my doctor's advice, I switched to Estrafem tablets... and honestly, I feel much better. I haven't had a single hot flash in the four months since I started them, plus they are just way more convenient. I even lost 6 kg. Okay, truth be told, I did tighten up my diet a little bit, but when I was on the patches, I couldn't lose more than 2-3 kg no matter what kind of diet I tried... also, let me tell you, patches are a nightmare in the summer... you stick one on, and within an hour or two, it starts peeling off the second you sweat even a tiny bit. Then you have to peel it off and put a new one on, and it becomes this constant cycle... and if that happens, you aren't even getting the full dose of hormones intended for your body. So, for me, the pills just seem more practical. I forgot to mention, I had a hysterectomy and my ovaries removed when I was 21, which is why I have to stay on this therapy... hope this helps someone out... cheers!
Jeans recommendations? in Fashion ·

Thanks for getting back to me.😉

I was actually just checking out some jeans at Old Navy earlier, and honestly, I’ve already got like two pairs from there sitting in my closet right now. They aren't bad, I guess, but they feel kind of flimsy? Like, maybe okay for a summer day in July, but definitely not exactly what I want to be wearing when it gets freezing outside. I was thinking about finally upgrading to something a bit more heavy-duty, maybe picking up some Levi's or something similar. I just need denim that actually feels substantial enough to handle a real winter.

Hey ladies! I’m not entirely sure if this is the right corner of the internet for this, but I figured I’d give it a shot... basically, I’m having a total meltdown over buying jeans. I’m carrying about 30 pounds of extra weight right now, and finding anything that actually fits is becoming an absolute nightmare—I can't squeeze into anything, period. Not that I look like a literal barrel or anything, haha, I'm 5'11", but getting my butt into a decent pair of denim is impossible; they always get stuck right at the hips. And honestly, the second I see that happening in the mirror, I just lose all motivation and want to give up on everything. Does anyone have any recommendations for clothing brands that you know for a fact carry larger sizes? Thanks so much! 😉
