Nope. 🕺Not yet.
Anyone actually tried Apetamin before?
Kate King11 said:That makes sense—but honestly, you'll get way better results at a gym. Since you're on the thinner side, you should probably skip the heavy cardio—like long runs and stuff—and focus more on strength training. Think dumbbells, barbell squats, weights... It’s just easier at a gym because they have all the gear, plus the motivation hits different than working out in your living room. Don't be scared! There are plenty of places around, they usually have deals going on, and there are young trainers there who can show you how to use everything. Why not give it a shot?

It feels kind of awkward being surrounded by strangers—I'm definitely not the most social person, and I'm always overthinking things or worrying about people staring at me. 😬 😵 Honestly, I'd be happiest if I could just be there by myself. 😁🎉

It’s not even about what you eat, really—it’s more about how you eat. You gotta nail a big breakfast every single morning. And if you aren't working out? Forget it. You won't get "bulky" or anything, but since your body needs protein to recover from the effort, you'll just end up gaining weight. Basically, your body doesn't need much energy if you're idle, so it just rejects a good chunk of what you eat because your metabolism is so fast. Some people pack on weight immediately when they stop moving because their metabolism slows down, but you’re the opposite—your body just flushes it out and you lose weight. Plus, once you start training, you'll be hungry as hell. That's why working out is huge. It gives you shape and builds those healthy muscles. You aren't built to look like a bodybuilder anyway. If you smoke, quit. Cut out the coffee. Snack on almonds or walnuts between meals instead. Eat more chicken, cheese, veggies, fruit, and eggs. Drink smoothies made with fruit, milk, chocolate...

I don't smoke, and I rarely touch coffee since it doesn't sit right with me—mostly just tea or plain water, mostly.
I really wanted to get serious about working out, but I honestly have no clue where to start—I'm more of a home workout type of person rather than hitting up a Gold's Gym, so does that even make sense?🤔

Just download MyFitnessPal on your Android and try logging everything you eat for a day—it’ll break down your total calorie count in detail at the end of the day

just make sure you're being somewhat accurate with the portions

See, I knew my math was a little off 😬

So, roughly how many calories should I be aiming for daily?
Alexander Ramirez18 said:Can you give us some more details—like height? Maybe list what you ate today and how many calories that actually adds up to.

So I just tried calculating it—not really an expert or anything—but it looks like I hit 3,056 total today 😲 Which feels like a ton, even though I definitely overdid it today.
I'm 5'8".

I ate a lot today, here's the rundown:
Breakfast: Two slices of toast with flaxseed margarine and mortadella, plus a glass of milk.
Lunch: Baked beans, then followed by two kiwis and a pear. 😁
Then later... a whole chocolate bar, some chips, and a roll.
Dinner: Rice, and now just some tea.

25.
So, what’s the food situation looking like for you during the day? Are you actually eating more than usual—or is the weight gain just a side effect from the meds?

My doctor sent me through a whole gauntlet of tests because she insisted I was underweight—even though I didn't feel that way at all, and honestly, a few extra pounds wouldn't have hurt since I was 121 lbs and 6 feet tall back then. Turns out, they diagnosed me with gastritis, esophageal inflammation, and GERD. I never had any issues before this. Now I'm on medication and managed to bump up to about 132 lbs. And yeah, I'm eating just as much as I always did.

I'm 5'8" and currently sitting at 95 lbs.😢 Can you tell me what kind of meds you're taking?

First, go see a doctor to get your thyroid checked.
If that comes back clear, just focus on healthy eating and hitting the gym.
I started at 108 lbs and now I'm around 130-132, mostly good muscle mass too.
Don't worry, I don't look like a bodybuilder or anything, but it takes work—
both with the diet and the workouts.

Even with the food I mentioned, I still eat healthy—like, I eat everything, love veggies and fruit, not a picky eater at all.
As for the gym, I thought about it, but I bailed because I just don't have the energy or the willpower right now—plus, looking "ripped" isn't really my goal.
Does anyone have suggestions on what to eat during the day or how much I should be putting away...
Hey everyone—let’s just jump straight into this mess. I’ve always struggled with being way too thin—basically, my metabolism is a freak of nature—and no matter how much I stuff myself, I can't gain a single ounce. It's actually driving me insane because I somehow managed to drop two pounds even though I’m basically eating everything in sight. Fast food and junk have become my go-to lately, and honestly, I'm trying to fight that habit because I want to look healthy and fit, not skeletal and washed out. It’s seriously pushing me toward a depressive spiral. What am I supposed to do? I’ve tried B-complex vitamins and brewer's yeast capsules, but absolutely nothing works. Nothing. I’m starting to feel pretty hopeless since I'm quite tall, and my weight is sitting right where someone with anorexia would be—which isn't the case for me at all, I've never had those issues. I love food, I genuinely enjoy eating, I just want to hit a normal weight. Right now, I'm stuck at 95 pounds, when I used to hover around 100—I haven't budged from that number in years. I just want to get to at least 120 or 130... I don't get how I lost the weight or if any of this is even normal. I have no clue what the issue is—back when I saw my doctor, she just handed me some B-complex and called it a day. I'm at my wit's end here... 🕺

Can someone break this down for me? I was reading some stuff about angels, and this woman wrote about wanting to know if her angel was male or female—so she asked for a sign and ended up finding a blue feather. That totally piqued my interest, so I decided to ask the same thing myself... and then I dreamed I found this whole cluster of long, light blue feathers. Now I'm wondering—did I actually get my answer through the dream, or did I just dream it because I couldn't stop thinking about it?

Donna Young said:I honestly have no clue—one time my second period showed up just 21 days after the first, and I’ve never experienced anything that weird before. 🤔 🤷

This whole thing feels super off to me because it almost never happens. Like, the day before yesterday it was just that typical discharge you usually get right at the end of your cycle... So weird. No idea what's going on. Gotta admit, I'm pretty worried. I've seriously never had it last only one day...
Period talk: Questions and advice in Women's Health ·
Any idea what this could be?
So, my period started yesterday, but today there's zero bleeding—just this weird brown discharge... I'm totally lost. Usually, my flow lasts about four days max. And don't worry, I know for a fact I'm not pregnant...
Most of my family is pretty curvy—it’s mostly my mom, grandma, and sister who carry more weight, while on my dad's side, you've got a couple of tall, thin aunts and then the rest are shorter and a bit fuller 😬
. I'm basically the outlier when it comes to weight.
I honestly don't get how I stay so lean—I mean, I live for good food, I love eating, and I definitely don't hold back at mealtime. I can polish off an entire bag of chips by myself, and I'm constantly snacking just because I'm bored... so it's wild to me that none of those calories actually stick. 🤷
Guess I’ll have to go get checked out too—honestly, my only goal is to actually put on some weight and look healthy, because right now? My physique is borderline anorexic.
I’m not exactly hitting the gym or anything—mostly just sitting around most of the day. ☕ I mean, I know my metabolism has always been lightning fast and I've been thin my whole life, but lately, I've noticed I'm getting even thinner and I honestly have no clue why. Plus, I eat a ton—I seriously love food and can polish off an entire meal without blinking—but I just can't put on a single pound. My face looks fine and hydrated, but the rest of my body? Total disaster. 🤦
So I’ve been struggling with my weight my entire life—basically an uphill battle just to gain *any* mass. Lately, though, it feels like I'm shrinking even though I eat normally; I honestly look like a toothpick. My collarbones are sticking out more every day, and you can literally see my ribs... it looks terrible and it's honestly driving me into a depression. Is anyone else dealing with this? Any advice on what to actually do? I’m stuck at 100 lbs at 5'8", and I haven't been able to budge from that number in forever. 🤦 🙂

My doctor offered me B-complex vitamins a while back, but—spoiler alert—that did absolutely nothing for me.

Every single time I catch my reflection, it's like I'm getting thinner and thinner... like I'm just slowly fading away... 👎
Anyone else dealing with these weird bumps popping up on their head?
Anyone else here dealt with Bagatin before? What’s the verdict?

Even when I'm posting on here, I can't stand the idea of actually writing down my fears—like, laying my soul bare on paper or in some Word doc—because the last thing I want is someone stumbling upon it and reading my business. 🙄 🕺 Honestly, I’ve just got issues—mental health stuff coming at me from every angle.

Why? 🙂
