For the ladies who have already gone through the consultation with Dr. Miller, I’ve got my appointment scheduled for late September. I was wondering, does anyone know which credit cards allow you to split the cost into monthly installments?
Also, is it true that the aesthetic procedure runs about $1,600? I’m trying to map out my budget so I know roughly what to expect... thanks!
Hey there!
Is it actually possible to have a deviated septum without even realizing it? 😕
I mean, if you’ve been breathing just fine your whole life, does that mean everything is perfectly straight?
Plus, when people talk about a deviation, are they referring to the nose being physically crooked, or is it more about internal blockages inside the nasal passage?
I am so incredibly sorry you had to go through that. Honestly, it’s exactly what those of us facing surgery are terrified of—that whole experience is just awful. I know telling you to be patient sounds completely hollow right now, and I get why you're so angry. I mean, really, who could stay patient after dealing with something like this?😠 ... but honestly, just get ready for your next procedure with some actual, qualified surgeons. There’s still hope, though. 🙂
I’m planning on heading over to see Glušac around the middle of September—it’s all about that aesthetic. Cheers.
Melissa Taylor3 said:I’ve been lurking on this forum for quite some time, but I finally worked up the nerve to actually post today. It’s been about 40 days since my surgery, and honestly, the surgeon completely wrecked my face. To make matters worse, he has the audacity to claim everything is perfectly fine and insists that my breathing issues are just "all in my head." After his diagnosis, I sought out three different specialists here in the States, and they were absolutely stunned by what he did to me. Now, I’m stuck waiting at least eight months before anyone will even consider a secondary rhinoplasty. This "renowned" clinic is a total joke. My only hope is that by sharing this, someone else can avoid making the same mistake and won't have to endure this absolute nightmare.

Please, if you don't want to say it publicly, just send me a DM. Tell me who he is—I'm planning to see a surgeon soon and I am terrified right now.🙂
That’s wonderful news, I am truly happy for you. If you don't mind, could you send me a private message letting me know what the total cost ended up being? Just if you're comfortable sharing, of course. Best wishes! 👍

Ugh, that is just awful... Glumicic was out of his mind... I mean, look at what he did to that nose, he looks like a total primate now...
Megan Moore76 said:Hey everyone, what do you all think about Sanja Jovanovic's nose?

Personally, I think it looks alright, though it feels like the swelling hasn't quite settled down yet. It looks more symmetrical now, and I actually appreciate that they didn't go overboard and change her entire look too drastically.

On another note, does she look to you guys like someone who might have had a deviated septum?

Wow😲 her face really does look different now... I imagine things will continue to settle over time, but man, I can't believe it. Her features don't look nearly as harsh anymore..👍
Well, that’s all from me for now...
P:S. I actually went out and got a new hairstyle today 😁😁

It looks great; they really changed it up from the front and the profile view too 🙏

Way to go, girl!
Exactly, this isn't something you can just breeze through without thinking; we're talking about someone's face here, and there's nothing trivial about that. You really need to do your homework before even considering a dentist, let alone an aesthetic surgeon 👍
Thanks, stormyharbor2. I’ve actually decided to go with Branko Glušac instead of Tonči. All I really need is a straightforward, simple 👍 Rhinoplasty. To me, Branko Glušac seems like the most reliable choice; everyone seems to be raving about him, and I really love his website layout.
Does anyone happen to know what the typical cost is for a Rhinoplasty with Branko Glušac? I’m looking at something quite straightforward, nothing overly complicated. I checked his website, but there isn't a price list posted, and I haven't had a chance to comb through everything here yet. Since I'm based in Miami, he's the most convenient option for me.
Is having five kids actually worth it? in Psychology ·
I haven't read a post this foolish in quite some time. This author truly seems to have no direction in life, but you know what might actually help them find purpose? Perhaps they should consider changing their gender, having five children, and dedicating themselves entirely to nursing, feeding, and raising them until those kids are singing angelic hymns at their deathbed... bah! 🤮
I’m just sitting here hoping that, before I finally manage to scrape enough cash together, they don't decide to force me into retirement early.😁
stormyharbor2 said:Tončić is also on my shortlist, which is great... though I am a bit suspicious about how cheap it is. 😳 I’m not really one of those people looking to turn a perfectly fine nose into some "perfect" fantasy by tweaking the tip or whatever... My nose is actually quite large and somewhat deformed. 😢

When I was messaging a girl who had her surgery done by him, she mentioned that a standard rhinoplasty is around $10,000. However, if things get complicated—like breathing issues or having to break bone—it gets more expensive depending on the complexity. But if it's just a straightforward aesthetic procedure involving cartilage work, they stay at $10,000, which is exactly what I'm planning to go for...😁

Well, it's affordable because you're under local anesthesia... but then again, Tončić has about 40 years of experience, so he definitely knows his stuff. That girl I spoke with spoke so highly of him; he shapes the nose to fit the facial structure and really aims for a natural look. He tells you everything upfront, too. He seems like a very steady, calm person...

You should head over to his website; everything regarding the rhinoplasty process is laid out there in great detail. Honestly, I'd say it's top-tier...
stormyharbor2 said:Unemployed.😢 All my luck, my old lady promised she'd help out whenever she could in the future... But only 10,000?😕 I always assumed it was 15,000, but now I'm seeing some people say even 20,000.😳

True, it's 10,000 because I was looking specifically into Tončić. Honestly, I find it incredibly silly that they don't just post price lists on their websites. I mean, what's the harm? It would at least help us calculate the costs... though I doubt they'll actually give us any straight answers anytime soon.😁
stormyharbor2 said:I don't quite get where all this sudden affection is coming from, by the way. I have a nose that most people would find a bit of a complex, but honestly, it feels like I'll never actually save up enough cash for a rhinoplasty. 😢

From what I've gathered through some friends, Dr. Tončić charges about 10 $0.00 for a nose job. That's actually who I'm planning to see... so you could definitely manage to save up over a few months; it really just comes down to your income and how much you're spending elsewhere. 😉
Can you catch something from your cat? in Health ·
I honestly don't get why you didn't just head to a doctor before deciding to start a whole thread about this on the forum...🙄 Generally speaking, posts that follow the "it hurts here, what could this be?" format tend to be pretty irritating. It’s as if people think we're all on medical standby here, rather than actual physicians working at a local clinic.🤣
Then again, it is entirely possible to catch something from a cat...
I am planning to visit Dr. Tončić this coming fall... I'm feeling just a little bit anxious about the anesthesia part. How does local anesthesia actually work? Has anyone else here gone under local? :-)
So, I have a quick question for any ladies who have worked with Dr. Tončić before.
Where do you typically go for the pre-op screenings, what kind of costs are we looking at, and is it possible to just get everything done through my regular hospital? 😉
James Kelly said:This isn't even meant to be judgmental. You need support just like anyone else dealing with psychological struggles. You seem convinced this is a physical issue, but the root of it is actually in your mind.
I honestly think... you just don't love your body or how you look. In fact, you despise yourself enough to want to change so many things about your appearance.
Is there anything more tragic than that?

Good grief, you are such a pathetic soul...😂😂 I can't for the life of me imagine hating my own body or my looks, especially when I feel great about myself. 🤣It’s pretty obvious you only brought up this topic because you clearly have nothing better to do with your life... seriously, go find some manual labor or something; you're clearly not cut out for anything else.😂
