I second everything said above.
It feels like everyone is just relieved that I’m finally going to "experience what it's actually like to have a kid," as if my life won't be as good as it is now—back when we were just a duo and could do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted.

"Get some sleep now, because once the baby arrives..."
Then friends show up at the house and immediately follow it up with comments like, "Go wild while you can, because once the baby comes, those days are over."
"Boys are much more demanding, you better get ready..."

Oh, really? What, are my friends not allowed to visit anymore? Am I supposed to just hit a button every time I'm tired to access all the sleep I "stored up" during pregnancy? Are we suddenly incapable of doing what we want ever again? 🙂

If life is supposedly getting ruined, why does anyone bother having kids in the first place? 🙂Why do people even do it if it makes life so miserable?

That’s the one thing that gets under my skin. It’s rare for any parent to say anything positive to me. Honestly, it feels like they’re just jealous of the lifestyle we have right now and are dying to see me start complaining about how a baby messed up all our plans.

It’s nonsense. I know things will change. I'm not naive about what caring for an infant entails, but I know life will be better because there will be three of us. Despite the lack of sleep and the chaos, we’ll be happy. No one is going to convince me otherwise. 😍

It doesn't work that way for everyone. Plenty of women don't deal with any side effects at all.

I weighed all the pros and cons and decided to stick with the pills for a bit longer, despite the cellulite issues. The benefits I've seen since starting them just outweighed the downsides...

I’m dealing with the exact same thing. You see these massive threads on beauty forums all about getting rid of cellulite, but honestly? As long as you're still taking those pills, you might as well stop worrying about the skin texture.

Sure, eating right, staying hydrated, and hitting the gym are non-negotiables, but your body is just retaining water. If you're still on Y, that cellulite isn't going anywhere. It's a harsh reality.😬

At least that's my take, since I'm stuck in this exact same loop myself.🤷

Two of my friends finally quit their Logest, and while they saw a decent improvement in their cellulite, it didn't vanish completely.
