I actually went ahead and double-checked because I wanted to be absolutely certain. Turns out, you can't qualify for a mortgage on that since it isn't classified as residential property. I personally looked into it with a few of the major players—JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Citigroup.
32-year-old guy from San Francisco here. I’ve traded the smoky, crowded clubs for wide-open spaces and the great outdoors, and honestly, I’m never looking back. Now, I’m looking for someone to join me: a perfectly imperfect nerd who shares my love for nature, a solid movie night, and the arts. 😍 I want someone who’s down for a spontaneous road trip and can laugh at the absurdity of life—whether we're laughing at ourselves or everyone else. Basically, just a perfectly imperfect human with a healthy dose of charm. 😍
If you’re between 25 and 36, love the ocean, the breeze, and the sun, and this actually sounds like you, shoot me a DM. 😍
Still searching for something a bit different 😉 Looking for a female sailing buddy based in the Miami area. Ideally, we start out with some shared outdoor activities and see where things go from there 😍 Recreation usually involves spending a few hours on the weekends near the coast or around the house, though when the weather stays warm through the afternoon after work, I'll head out for a swim 😍 Shoot me a DM for more details 😉
Still searching 😳 Google there must be someone interested 😍

A slightly different approach 😍 I am looking for a female sailing buddy in the San Francisco Bay Area. The idea is to start out with some shared recreational activities and see where things go from there 😍 As for the plan, we’d spend a few hours on the water during the weekend around the coastal towns near home. If the weather stays warm and the afternoon hits that sweet spot after work, we can extend the day and head out for a swim 😍 Shoot me a DM for more details 😍
Alright, here’s the deal: I’m 31, living in San Francisco, and honestly, I’d much rather be out exploring nature or breathing fresh air than stuck in some smoky, overcrowded club. I’m looking for someone who feels the same way—a perfectly imperfect overachiever who appreciates the great outdoors, a solid movie, or a bit of art. I want someone to go on road trips with, someone who can laugh at themselves and crack a joke at my expense once in a while. Basically, just a wonderfully flawed person with a cheeky sense of humor. 😍
If you’re between 26 and 36 and this sounds like your vibe, shoot me a message 😍
Does anyone have any recommendations for a smaller, more budget-friendly case that fits a Mini-ITX motherboard? Basically, I'm building a NAS that’s going to be tucked away out of sight, so I don't really care about aesthetics—I just need something compact that won't break the bank.
Also, does anyone know if it's possible to find a decent deal on a shallow rackmount chassis?
Alright, I have a question regarding gear. Is there any online shop that actually stocks spring pistols and ships to the States? Our local shops won't touch imports, and most of the sellers on eBay refuse to ship to the US.
Has anyone actually bothered to look into what these kinds of services are going to run me? I’m thinking about pulling the trigger on something similar myself, so I could use some insight on the pricing.
