It honestly drives me up the wall that I can’t sleep on my stomach anymore, which has always been my absolute favorite way to pass out or just curl up with a good book.
And don't even get me started on my mother-in-law. It is beyond infuriating how she constantly tries to dictate exactly what I do—or more accurately, what I *don't* need—for the baby. She’ll say things like, "Why bother getting a stroller? You're having the baby in the middle of winter anyway, so you won't be taking them anywhere," or "Oh, you definitely don't need a crib; they can just sleep in this old bassinet we're giving you." In the end, according to her, I don't need anything at all.
🙂
I am honestly losing my mind over this constant nausea; having to force myself to eat something every few minutes just to stay upright is exhausting, especially since I’ve already put on about 6 pounds when I’m not even ten weeks along yet.
It is also incredibly frustrating being stuck in this perpetual state of fatigue where I feel like I can barely keep my eyes open, which is absolutely the worst timing possible because I have a massive workload right now and I desperately need to be able to focus at the office.
And don't even get me started on the lower back pain—my lumbar region is just constantly throbbing. There isn't a single chance of me sleeping on my back or sitting down for any length of time without feeling miserable. It's just gross.
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
I really need some advice here... my OB-GYN prescribed me Voltaren Retard to deal with these menstrual cramps because I’m allergic to pretty much every other painkiller out there—think Advil, Tylenol, Aleve, Motrin, you name it. Does anyone know of an over-the-counter analgesic that actually packs the same punch as Voltaren?
My doctor is out on vacation until the end of the month, and I’m going to need relief very soon.
