Does anyone else see the pattern here? The Phoenix is actually the highest stage of evolution for a Scorpio. There are seven stages in total, though it is entirely possible for some individuals to skip certain steps during their lifetime. The progression follows a specific order: spider, scorpion, lizard, serpent, wolf, eagle, and finally, the Phoenix.
