Yeah, how do you even count that?
That’s basically all of us when things go south... We’re all Ten at some point 🙂 Ten, hang in there..
He’ll be fine... Honestly, congrats 🙂
My job is a bit of a hybrid—some days I'm at a desk, other days I'm constantly on the move. My previous roles were similar, and honestly, I never had any issues. In my own time, I stay active; I view physical movement as a basic necessity, a kind of "hygiene." You hit 7k steps every other day, you exercise, you walk—whatever works—and you'll be fine. It doesn't take all day, yet people love to overcomplicate it. Personally, I think manual laborers "burn out" physically much faster. But sure, if someone sits in a chair all day and then spends their entire evening glued to the couch, they can't act surprised when health problems crop up. They might as well go ahead and upgrade their health insurance plan now.
I wouldn't put up with constant extreme pressure, workplace bullying, or a toxic environment where there’s zero hope for things to improve. That kind of stuff is far more damaging in the long run.
