Why my relationships always fail in Psychology & Therapy ·
To be honest, reading your posts is a struggle for me. You jump from one example to another so quickly that I can practically feel the chaos in your head. It seems easier for you when you share things with others, so I’ll just suggest that you try venting these fears to a professional instead. I’m not saying you need a psychiatrist, but a good therapist would probably be very beneficial. You need someone who will actually listen without jumping in with advice or judgment—someone who helps you realize that these are issues you have to resolve on your own. Based on everything I’ve read here and in previous threads, I think you just need some mental peace. You seem restless, and that restlessness is clearly bleeding into your relationships. I don't think you're crazy or even inherently problematic; it just feels like you aren't happy and tend to hunt for the negative in everything. You need a change in perspective, and frankly, that isn't going to happen on an internet forum. People tend to steer clear of negativity, drama, and anything that drains their energy...

You tend to overthink and overanalyze everything; I've noticed it in your posts before. Not everything is some complex, multi-layered puzzle—some things are just basic. I guess too much analysis leads to insecurity, and that’s usually what pushes people away in those fleeting, casual relationships.

Look, I’m not sure if anyone here will actually get back to me, but it feels worth asking. I’m in the process of buying a house—it's about 35 years old—and there are clearly Salonit sheets on the roof. That part is obvious. However, how am I supposed to know if there's asbestos hidden in the walls? What’s the actual protocol for checking that? The current owner isn't sure because she inherited the place from her parents and has never actually lived there herself. If anyone has some advice or knows the best way to handle this, please let me know.
