Here is a snapshot from the campaign finally being put into practice today. In San Diego, we are establishing order, and there will be zero compromise for anyone who created this mess or exploited it for their own gain. No amount of threats or intimidation is going to stop this. Neither Ivica nor Maja Đerek are intimidated by anyone; as for those of you who thrive on chaos, you should probably worry about the court of public opinion instead. The citizens have had enough of the disorder, and they know exactly who is doing things the right way.

Since Ivica and Bojan aren't stepping up, I guess Marijana has to step in.

I mean, wasn't Ivey just screaming at Derrick recently because she sent a legal notice to one of his buddies? Then this lady starts crying and running straight to Paul

To me, this whole thing just looks like smoke and mirrors—just trying to boost visibility and play the victim. Nothing else is actually happening

Alright, we get it—we already knew there was a ton of chaos going on in public spaces and things were a mess. Honestly, about 95% of this could have been solved by some lady walking through with a tray of cookies. Can Djerak Jr. please stop flooding the local news with these weekly city documents? It’s getting old. He really needs to tell his bosses that there are way bigger issues facing the city right now.

Man, yesterday was just a total mess—first getting our democracy steamrolled by Smith, and then having to deal with this nonsense dragging on until midnight.

I honestly can't believe anyone is even questioning the decisions made by that unnamed US politician and his crew—it’s embarrassing how they're trying to trip up a major leader during such a massive, clean project backed by some shady overseas interests

velvetmason14 said:How sick is that...

Two local politicians who combined for a mere 3,000 votes (just 5% total) would somehow block the development of the 🤦unnamed US shopping center
, a massive and much-needed investment on a downtown lot that's been sitting vacant for years.

That’s what happens when an unnamed US person and an unnamed US person team up. It's only going to get worse by the next election cycle...
The pandemic is finally over. Has unnamed US person finally left unnamed US residential management
like they swore they would, or are they still collecting a paycheck there without even having gone through a formal hiring process?
unnamed US person:
Reporters were asking if the claim made by an unnamed US politician during the NBC show "Sunday at 2" was true—specifically regarding whether unnamed US person was hired by unnamed US residential management without a competitive application process. He confirmed it was true, noting he was brought on via a referral from the director of a sister firm, JP Morgan Chase.
unnamed US person:
Anyway, the pandemic threw a wrench in my plans, but I'll be getting rid of that 'burden' soon enough. 😂

The Mayor, Jerry Sanders, is facing some serious heat regarding how the City of San Francisco handles its property assets. There’s a growing debate over whether the Department of City Property is actually managing things effectively or if they're just letting valuable resources slip through their fingers. Critics are pointing to certain management decisions that seem to favor specific interests rather than the public good. It’s a bit like when a large corporation like General Dynamics mismanages its logistics—eventually, the inefficiency starts costing everyone more than it's worth. People are questioning if the current oversight is strong enough to protect the city's long-term interests. At the heart of the issue is the transparency of how these municipal holdings are being utilized. Some argue that the administration needs to be much more proactive in auditing these assets to ensure they aren't being undervalued or poorly managed by the various departments involved. It’s a classic case of needing better accountability to make sure taxpayer-funded resources are working for the citizens, not just sitting idle or being mishandled behind closed doors.

Over a ten-year span, they managed to siphon off enough funds to build an entire daycare center for 200 kids.

This madness just won't quit... It feels like a scam at every single turn. 🤦

I did a little digging into Fateor LLC regarding those shady financial dealings, and man, you really find some interesting stuff once you start looking into the owner. John Smith The former head of the well-known Hypo bank and an old mythmaker...
It’s all just a massive creamery owned by the same people behind the San Francisco looting scandal.

Who exactly is this San Francisco entrepreneur suspected of bribery? There’s been some chatter about him selling an apartment to Johnny Cash, and now a local San Franciscan is coming forward, claiming he was actually a victim of extortion.
San Francisco entrepreneur John Smith, one of those suspected of handing out bribes to legalize 55 square meters at Villa Harmony, doesn't usually make the headlines, even though he plays a major role in the local construction scene.

He was heading up the board at the defunct Credit Suisse right when the project to build that massive "Mediteran Center" commercial hub in Manhattan kicked off back in '96. It was one of those ambitious developments that never actually got off the ground, leaving a lot of people to lose their shirts on the investment.

Soon, John Smith will be moving into a much more influential role in 1998. He’s headed to a leadership position at the San Francisco branch of Hypo, right as the first massive wave of post-war residential construction begins to take off.

Look at these people. Machinations. It’s just pure mob tactics at this point. Hats off to Opar for being a decent guy through all of this.

It’s been established that Baby Maestro, acting as the actual tenant of the commercial space, pays the full lease amount for the premises directly to Fateor LLC. $12 (nešto više od $4,000....plus sales tax and rent. $1333 It’s about $550 plus tax just to use the flat patch of land out front of the office space.

The Department of City Property has started charging Baby Maestro market-rate fees for their share of the building. Essentially, they're treating them like a tenant, even though the company doesn't actually have any legal standing in relation to the City of San Francisco as a co-owner. $12,500. "It's been bumped up by sales tax," says Đerek.

Additionally, A lawsuit has been filed against Fateor LLC. They're looking to claw back those overpayments from the past because they were being charged rent for the entire commercial space, even though they didn't have exclusive rights to it. It’s like paying for a whole house when you only rented one room.

- After reviewing the legalization files for the building's addition alongside its current state, it turns out the co-owner, Fateor LLC, went ahead and added even more onto the structure after the initial legalization was finalized. We’ve already flagged this with the building inspectors. We expect them to take swift action—according to the department head.

Have you guys actually lived in San Diego, or are you getting paid to post here? Seriously, why am I even explaining who that unnamed US person is? It’s ridiculous. Honestly, I’m just baffled by how dumbly those people in the unnamed US region play the game—they're just constantly talking nonsense. Fine, whatever, I guess it works as free promo for that unnamed US politician.

Seriously, you don't have to.
I’m clearly missing something here—someone please fill me in. I’ve got zero ties to the Republican Party, but from where I’m sitting, nothing is actually getting done. It’s just a bunch of empty promises and smoke and mirrors.

Anthony Bennett6 said:The Republican Party would never let $100,000 $0.00 sit in an account like that...

It looks like Ivica Puljak wants to drop about $250,000 on San Diego Beach $0.00 just so he can point fingers at the Republican Party, the Democrats, and Kerum, claiming they stole a whole beach every single term! He's blaming everything on shady business space deals within one single mandate...

Is that even mathematically possible? Over four years—that's 48 months... $5,000 $0.00 every single month

Are you guys actually reading the reports, or are we all just blindly swallowing Puljak’s smoke and mirrors? Seriously, look at the fine print in the 2022 reports—revenue went up because salaries increased, which naturally bumped up the local tax revenue, plus there was more real estate turnover. Meanwhile, expenses dropped simply because they skipped out on full municipal maintenance—not to mention there wasn't any major investment made at all. So, yeah, money just sits in the account. Can anyone actually name a single major city investment this administration has actually kicked off?

velvetmason14 said:If this turns out to be true, then Ivica Puljak is getting rid of the only Centrov politician who actually carries any weight north of San Diego. 🤦

And of all outlets, it's Dalija Fucking dnevno.hr reporting that nurse Relković is playing ball perfectly with the Puljaks.
Who on earth leaked this info to suggest they're trying to push Dalija out? 🤔 😁 It feels like Dalija Fucking dnevno.hr is just being used as a weapon in a political vendetta...

Look, saying things are better than under the Republican Party is one thing—and that might be true—but calling out stupid mistakes is necessary. That's exactly how you prevent these people from turning into the Republican Party themselves tomorrow...

This is a bad look.

LEFT IN THE COLD
‘A POLITICAL HIT JOB’ BY A POWER COUPLE! Orešković is making sure her first term in Congress is also her last: Her name is becoming irrelevant

HuffPost is still around for now, but if you look at how many people have cycled through those local party lists over the last 8 or 9 years, you realize barely 2% of them actually stick around. They use people up, chew them up, spit them out, and move on to find the next bunch of suckers—and honestly, they're pretty good at it.

It's been about two hours. I think.
We really have to vote them out first. If we manage to pass those two mandates that cut off their access to public funds, the Republican Party might just fall apart—since they're basically only held together by greed. I guess we have some pretty serious plans for the next Congressional elections, and we'll be sharing them with everyone soon. We know how to beat the Republicans, and now we actually have experience knowing what comes after the win. We're ready for whatever happens, and we're going all the way.

We'll be rolling out our plan for Poljud and the surrounding areas in about 10 days or so. Stay tuned :-).

The old town area will be included in the comprehensive plan too, I guess. There'll probably be more details on that soon.

Honestly, these responses on Reddit are such a scam—he spent half this term just hanging out in Golden Gate Park, handing out beans and taking selfies with his party buddies. This stuff was clearly written by some PR firm or maybe even AI using that annoying, nerdy tone. It’s all just smoke and mirrors again.

Kate Jackson2 said:Gamorrice, that whole 20-year expiration thing you're talking about only matters if the contract didn't say otherwise!

The article clearly states they signed a contract without a construction deadline—there were plenty of other pieces mentioning there was no set timeframe in the agreement.
That's how the Coalition thought it would all go...
There's basically no difference between those two parties—they're just looking out for each other.

They said today that the real issue is what property law dictates—basically, the owner, which in this case is the City, can demand the termination of building rights after 20 years. And yeah, I just double-checked, so that has nothing to do with the actual construction timeline.
It honestly baffles me why these people are handing such a huge win to these frauds instead of actually protecting the City's interests. The whole thing smells fishy—maybe Puljak is just waiting for some bulldozers to show up since he can't get anything moving through official channels.

I honestly wonder if people have nothing better to do than obsess over the Kansas City Chiefs junior roster—like, do they seriously not have any real problems in their lives? Instead of just enjoying the kids who’ll probably end up working at Vanilla one day
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
Honestly, even the Republican Party isn't stupid enough to send out inspection reports and fines like this—it just makes an unnamed US politician look more important and fuels the public's fire against them. It’s possible this inspector is just trying to screw over some boss or the GOP and is basically working for the unnamed US politician on purpose.

mellowseal1 said:I honestly can't remember if anyone in the history of the USA or our democratic multi-party system has ever taken a hit quite like this from an unnamed US politician. I really don't recall... 🕺

It looks like a total war has broken out in San Diego. They aren't holding anything back. Man, imagine how crazy it feels to be in power, living the high life, and then suddenly losing it all like this...☕

Anthony Bennett6 said:The whole thing with the recycling bins is just unbelievable... If only Ljubica Vrdoljak had elevated San Francisco's cleanliness to European Union standards during her 30 years in power....

And inviting young people to join those oversight boards? Unthinkable. For years, dozens of young party loyalists were out handing out flyers, waving banners, and acting like internet bots, only to be completely bypassed now. It's just shameful...

Lori is a total pest, but the craziest part is that those recycling center projects were already sitting there from the previous administration—all they had to do was put the contract out for bid. They literally haven't done anything with them, or maybe they just drafted a plan for yet another damn recycling center.
I'll take the cold, hard truth over Eric Adams' smoke and mirrors any day.

Zachary Anderson20 said:And who actually oversees what that Department does? Using that logic, we might as well just accept whatever excuses some random politician makes when they claim they "can't know everything." Seriously? The administration is directly responsible for how its departments function. Period.
It’s such a shame about this woman—she’s honestly one of the better council members. Calm, thorough, and actually gets things done. Check out what she had to say regarding working with the administration: 'There isn't much difference whether you support him or not, because he just does whatever he thinks is best.'

Nah, all she did was confirm that those "saviors" are nothing but liars and manipulators. It was honestly sad watching them fall apart and lie yesterday over at Znjan. He's halfway through his term already, yet he's still acting like he's building walls around his own little kingdom—just broken promises everywhere.
