We took the train back about two years ago... if you can get a group of five together to grab a group ticket, it ends up being super cheap $43. Pretty decent deal if you ask me.

Of course, having your own car makes things even easier 👍

I’ll probably just head out there for a single day. Iced Earth are headlining, and honestly, I’d travel anywhere to catch them 😁

I’d love to stay for the whole thing, but my schedule at the local community college is totally slammed during those dates 😢

I actually went back in 2006 and man, it was such a blast... it’s not even just about the lineup; it’s the whole vibe that makes me want to go back. Great music, awesome people, camping under the stars, being out in nature near the Soča river... 🙂

Anyway, it’s such a bummer about that one metal festival... Give it a few years though, and it might actually turn into something huge like Wacken Open Air

No heavy metal here 😢

It's definitely way too much death and black metal, or whatever else you want to call it, so yeah... not really my thing

Yes! This is honestly one of the best pieces of news I've heard in a while 🙂

Man, if only I could catch them live right now. Sadly, I ended up seeing them with Ripper instead... 😢

I'm in! 🙂

I've been hunting for this one specific song he played.. but I just can't track it down.. do you happen to know what else was in his setlist? Honestly, I didn't even know who he was before that show...

To be honest, my memory is a total blank now, I've completely forgotten the whole set 😢. Did he end up playing Classical Gas? I definitely remember the crowd begging for it, but everything is kind of a blur in my head
.
Anyway, I checked, and sadly there are only like two videos of it on YouTube 😢.

Ugh, tell me about it... I had to go sit down right after Theli finished. Between that and waiting around for Therion—just fiddling with my laptop and stuff—it totally drained me.

But all in all, Theli 😍
