William Brooks9 said:So, I've been following some of these threads on the forum about different proteins, and I was wondering... I really want to figure out how to pack on some weight without using any supplements before I even step foot in a gym. Can anyone help me out with that? I mean, I'm about 5'9" and only weigh around 120 lbs... which feels pretty light for my height, I guess...

I guess I’ve managed to knock out six workouts so far, and I've started hitting that 60-minute mark every single day. It feels like a solid start, maybe? But I was wondering—does anyone actually know when the best time of day is to work out? Like, is it way more effective to get it done first thing in the morning, or is midday better, or should I be sticking to the evenings? Right now, I’ve mostly been training at night, but my big goals are really focused on dropping some weight and building up my cardio/stamina. Any tips would be amazing!

I always aim for that 8:00 or 9:00 PM window because, honestly, that's the only way I can actually make it work with my schedule. It's been working for me, though—I've managed to drop quite a few pounds! I did try doing those fasted morning workouts a couple of times, but yeah, never again. Seriously, major props to anyone who can actually pull that off! 🙂

I mean, if you buy a really powerful graphics card but your PC is kind of weak, there's honestly no point in buying it. You really need enough CPU power so the card can actually reach its full potential, I guess.
Since I see your monitor only has a VGA input, you should definitely look for a card that has both a VGA and a DVI output. If your current card has been doing okay and you don't want anything too crazy, I'd probably aim for something like this. It’s got DDR3 memory, and it has VGA, HDMI, and DVI ports...

And hey, if you don't mind it being used, I'd check out the used market. Maybe you could snag an ATI Radeon HD 5670 if you find one still under warranty, then just pop it right into your build..
