Hey everyone, starting a new thread here because I’m officially out of my depth. I don't know the first thing about this kind of tech stuff, so please bear with me if I sound lost.
So, here's the deal: I'm living in America and recently signed up for an IPTV service. At first, I ran into some headaches trying to get the app (iptv ss) installed because apparently, my Hisense TV wasn't playing nice with other apps. Fast forward to this past week, and now nothing is loading at all—just total silence. I even tried a full reinstall of the app, but nope, still nothing. My internet connection is absolutely rock solid, so it's definitely not that. When I called the provider, they basically just shrugged and told me the issue is with the app itself. I'm stuck. What should I even do? 🕺

1. Is there anything a bit "out of the box" that might make a hospital stay more bearable? I’ve already jotted down some basic stuff on my list, but what am I missing?
2. Besides standard saline solution, is there anything else I can grab over-the-counter at a pharmacy before surgery that might help with recovery? Also, regarding that antibiotic ointment people mentioned—is that something you can only get with a prescription after the procedure is done?
3. My friend had her consultation at a major hospital in Washington, D.C., and it was just with a resident; she hasn't actually met the lead surgeon yet. When she brings up wanting to have the bump on her nose removed (since she's getting a septoplasty), will the actual surgeon be the one performing the visit before the operation?
4. This might sound a little silly to some, but it’s such a common thing here in the States... What’s the vibe at big hospitals like this? Is it still common practice to bring the doctors or nurses little gifts, like drinks or a box of chocolates, after a successful surgery?

Look, nobody can give you a straight answer when you haven't even bothered to do the legwork yourself. Seriously, just scroll back through the last 20 pages and you’ll find answers to basically everything you're asking. I'm dropping in here like a total parachute jumper, but I've been reading this thread from the very beginning and I honestly don't get why people pop up with questions like this.
