No, they were so erratic that I gave up on tracking them because I was constantly getting caught off guard. 🙄
Anyway, I’m digging through my old texts now because I almost certainly told my boyfriend I was officially starting birth control, so we’ll see how it goes... 😁
What if I can't find the info? Is there a way to start the next pack on a specific day and then use backup protection for seven days, or is there some other trick to it? ^^''

But don't let that trip you up—you don't have to start at the very beginning of the strip. You start on whatever day your period actually kicks in and just follow the arrows from there. So, if your cycle hits on a Wednesday, pick any of the three pills marked "Wednesday" and just keep following the arrow to the right. Hopefully, that makes sense. It’s probably all laid out clearly in the instruction manual, too.😉

I don't get it—why can't I just take the Monday pill if my period shows up on Thursday? What's the actual difference?

And yeah, let's say I do it the way you suggested; what happens to the pills I skipped? Do I just take them once I finish the last one in the pack?

Meaning, if I take my last pill on Sunday night (let's say November 9th) , then that's when my break starts. So, would I take the first pill from the next pack on Monday, November 17th? After seven full days off?
Or am I supposed to take it on the seventh day of the break, November 16th, in the evening? 🤔
I really don't want to screw this up, so please excuse the dumb questions 😬

It doesn't matter how fast you get your blood drawn; you’re still going to be waiting weeks for those lab results to come back—unless, of course, you see a private specialist, in which case things move a bit faster.

Hmm, is it possible he actually performed it on me yesterday then? Aside from the birth control consultation, I went in because of a yeast infection, and he told me to call back in three or four weeks for the results. Now I'm not sure if those results are for specific pathologies or if it was just the Pap smear itself.

I had my first appointment with the gynecologist today regarding birth control. He told me to go get some blood work done first and then come back once the results are ready. Now, I’m wondering when they actually perform the Pap smear? Does that happen after the blood tests are finished?
