Seriously? For me, the bleeding starts around the 12th pill and just keeps going until I finish the whole pack. It’s not exactly a disaster, though—I just carry a liner around since it doesn't get too heavy... How did you handle it?
Does anyone have any actual experience using Estrofem tablets?
I was prescribed them because I’m on Qlaire, and by the twelfth pill, I start getting this bleeding that just keeps going until the pack is finished... so my doctor suggested switching to Estrofem for seven days to stop the spotting, then cycling back to my regular pills once I finish the course. I’ve been reading through the instructions, and honestly, nothing is clicking; I don't see myself in any of the descriptions of the women they actually recommend this for. I’m 22, and before she handed me the prescription, she didn't even run any tests or check my bloodwork. I’ve decided I’m just going to power through this current pack first, and then I'll look into trying something else.
I'm currently on my third pack of Qlaira, and I've already started spotting—just hit the 14th pill. Does anyone remember if this happened last time too? Back when I was on my first pack, I didn't get any bleeding at all. I’m planning to head to my gynecologist toward the end of this pack, but I wanted to see if anyone else here has dealt with something similar.
I’m guessing this specific hormone level just isn't doing it for me... This is actually my third different brand (I tried Yaz, which was a bust, then moved to Yasmin, and now I'm here with Qlaira), and honestly, I’m getting pretty tired of this trial-and-error phase. I'm starting to wonder if jumping from one to another like this is even a smart move...
Oh boy, you’re really digging your heels in on this one... Honestly, I’d rather just set aside whatever change I would’ve blown on those drugstore protein powders and save up until I can actually afford the high-quality stuff. Personally, I wouldn’t touch them. It’s not that they’re necessarily trash, but think about it: who’s actually going to make a superior whey protein? A big-box retailer that produces ten different lines of body wash, lotions, and soaps? They aren't bad, but when you compare them to a brand like Dove—which actually specializes in skincare—you start to see where the gaps are. If a company tries to be everything to everyone, someone has to cut corners somewhere. Take those protein bars from the pharmacy aisles, for example; they’re basically sugar bombs, yet people flock to them because the packaging screams "healthy."
If you ask me, the vanilla from GNC is delicious. 😁
I’ve been sticking with the vanilla Nutrabolics Hyper whey lately. Honestly, it tastes fine whether you mix it with water or milk. I picked up a 5 lb tub for about $100, but I was just checking ProSport and it looks like they've completely pulled it from their inventory. :/
Hey there! I’m looking for some dermatologist recommendations here in Washington, D.C. Honestly, I don't care if it's a private practice or through insurance, I just need someone who can actually fix my skin and get my face back to normal. These breakouts are driving me absolutely insane. 😢
