Acupuncture and weight loss

I’ve tried acupuncture at the Mayo Clinic and it really does work; it definitely helps curb my hunger and keeps me from feeling so jittery. The catch is you have to go consistently, which is a massive pain since appointments are only every other week. If life gets in the way and you miss a session, that's when you start feeling the struggle again.
Just wanted to share that I started seeing Dr. Culkin and I'm happy so far. Honestly, those first two days were brutal—I thought I was going to die from hunger—but I'm on day seven now and feeling great. I've finally made the decision to lose weight, so fingers crossed.
And I'm still eating everything, even pastries, just in small portions, which is perfect. You think you'll go overboard on a roast beef dinner, but you'll find yourself perfectly satisfied with exactly what's on the plate... 👏 ....
