OB/GYN Discussion Thread in Women's Health ·
Does anyone have a gynecologist recommendation in the West Side of the city who isn't taking new patients?

The doctor mentioned there wasn't enough of the infection to warrant specific pills for that part...

For both issues, I was told to take Augmentin for ten days and use vaginal suppositories.

Now that the ten days are up, I don't really feel any better. Since I went to a private specialist, I'm hesitant to spend more money on another visit (I assume it would be around $250-$133)
So, I'm looking for some advice from other women here.
Also, does anyone know a good gynecologist in the West Side of Chicago?

On the swab.

Does anyone have a gynecologist they'd recommend based on social media reviews? Somewhere in the western part of the city.
Of course there are options, and most are perfectly fine.

Also, has anyone ever dealt with both Enterococcus faecalis and E. coli at the same time?
How did you manage the treatment for both?

Has anyone been to Dr. Belak's office over in the Tresnjevka neighborhood? I'm curious what your experiences have been like there.

So
I’m 21 years old and I’ve actually never been to a gynecologist before.
I know I should have gone a long time ago, but it’s always just been one thing after another. I won't linger on the details.
Does anyone know of a good gynecologist in the West Side of the city (near the Gajnice area)?
I’d prefer to go through my insurance first, since money is a bit tight right now for private exams and all that.

One more thing—does anyone know if I can use my insurance to see a doctor in Zapresic even though I live in Gajnice?

Thanks.
