Where did the entire thread about food intolerance testing disappear to?? 🤔

I went through the whole food intolerance testing thing myself, though I didn't do the blood work—I did the hair follicle test instead. The results were honestly ridiculous; apparently, I’m intolerant to basically everything. We're talking potatoes, watermelon, cow's milk, white flour, cornmeal, Coke, gum, onions, garlic, beet sugar, butter, margarine, cucumbers, sunflower oil, coffee, chocolate... you name it. My big question is: once I actually cut all this stuff out, what the hell am I supposed to eat? 😁

Look, just shoot them an email or give them a call and ask exactly what kind of testing method they use. Demand to see their full list of food items before you agree to anything; you don't want to end up getting tested on $67 twenty different ingredients when you weren't expecting it. Use your head. Honestly, I've never even heard of this company. Do your homework and ask plenty of questions before you make a move.

I can't seem to find the right thread, so if this doesn't belong here, I’m asking the mods to please move this to the appropriate section. Basically, I want to know if anyone has actually gone through one of those food intolerance tests. Does the Siget Center offer blood work and hair follicle testing, or is this whole thing just a massive waste of money?

Not too long ago—maybe 15 or 16 years back, before the internet basically took over the world—letters were my main way of staying in touch. Honestly, thinking back on those days gives me such a warm feeling 😍
I remember when we actually used to send physical cards for Christmas and New Year's, but now it's just some random text message. It feels so cheap and hollow 🤷 I guess I'm just old-fashioned ☕
