Hey, fellow elderberry juice fans!
So, I made some yesterday for the first time—turned out pretty great, actually. Then I heard some rumor that it’s supposedly bad for boys.
Anyone know if there's any truth to that?
I was making it specifically for my son since he's been struggling with his respiratory issues and elderberry is supposed to be good for that.
