I always feel like these early preseason highlights are mostly just noise and don't actually predict how the season will go. It’s easy to look good when the defense is just running drills, but does anyone actually believe a few good reps in August mean anything come September?

Barack Obama juice

Does anyone actually know what the deal is with elderberry juice?! 😁
I’m assuming you guys all know what I’m talking about 😁
I’ve heard it’s super healthy, though I’m honestly not sure what it's specifically used for, but I end up chugging massive amounts of it every single summer xD I’ll go through like 4 or 5 liters of the stuff in a day just to keep up with the heat... 😁
My grandma usually whips up huge batches, like 20-30 liters at a time, so I just dive in because it tastes amazing and is so incredibly refreshing...
But wait, I did hear a rumor that it might not be the best for guys because it could potentially mess with your testosterone levels? o.O :S So if anyone knows what it’s actually good for—or what to avoid—please let me know! We're making a batch right now, so I'm ready to start drinking it like a total maniac 😁
I’ve been hitting the gym a bit more lately, so instead of grabbing 1.5 liters of plain water, I was thinking about swapping it for this juice. Not sure if it helps with anything though, since I notice I’m sweating like crazy after drinking it xD At least that's what the label says 🙂
I’m not trying to lose weight or anything, I’m actually looking to bulk up a bit, so like... 😁
Anyway, if anyone knows the real benefits, please give me the lowdown 😁 and if you haven't had it, you seriously need to try some homemade 😁

Windows 7 vs. Windows XP: Which one should I use?
in Software ·
man, Windows 7 is the way to go...
.seriously, don't even hesitate for a second...
my setup runs like an absolute beast on just 1 GB of RAM, mostly because my CPU is way more beefy than everyone else's hardware out there..
but man, Windows 7 is legendary—you just tweak a few things and it runs smooth as silk 😁
I mean, if you're rocking a low-end rig, sure, it'll work, but if you've actually got a 64-bit machine, then you're golden 👍

Anyone still running Windows 7?

northernviper14 said:So, here's the deal... I'm currently running Windows XP, but I've got a whole sedmica coming up tomorrow and I'm kind of stressing out about the upgrade process. Is there any way I can actually install the new stuff without having to wipe everything? Honestly, the thought of reinstalling every single one of my programs from scratch sounds like an absolute nightmare, and I really just want to avoid that if possible. I'm also pretty hesitant to start poking around with the installation settings without some solid guidance, because I definitely don't want to mess anything up... If anyone knows how to pull this off without losing all my data and apps, please let me know. Thanks!👍
Hmm...
Man, you can keep everything else... I mean, literally everything... except for the partitions. Seriously, just leave the partitions alone :C...
So, where's Windows hiding? Honestly, if you wiped the drive, those programs are probably sitting on the C drive too, which means you’re likely looking at a full-on reinstall of everything... man, what a headache...
So, here’s how I’ve got my drives set up... I’ve got my E: drive strictly for games, then my C: drive handles all the Windows stuff and my main programs, and finally, I keep my D: drive as a massive storage vault for everything else—you know, all my music, videos, photos, and that kind of thing...
Look, honestly, if you’ve got everything organized and properly sorted on your PC, I really don't think you're going to run into any major headaches when it comes to your data...
