Jeans recommendations? in Fashion ·
Hey there.
I'm looking for some advice regarding buying men's jeans.
Usually, I go for a slightly wider cut—not quite baggy, just more room at the bottom.
But I recently picked up some combat boots because I got tired of catching a cold every time it rains, and now all my old jeans feel way too wide at the leg opening.

It doesn't help that these aren't your standard bulky boots either; they're more of a "slim" style, specifically these ones from this link: http://qwear.tumblr.com/post/3115069...oo-rugged-boot

Basically, I need jeans that are tapered at the bottom (something like the ones in the link), but still have a regular fit through the hips and thighs. I don't want them to be slim fit or skinny from top to bottom, because I think they'd be far too tight up top...

Any suggestions? 🙂

I'd love a detailed breakdown of the experience if anyone's willing... 🙂

Since I was actually there, I figured I’d weigh in. Honestly, I walked away pretty disappointed with the sound engineering. The bass was practically non-existent, and for me, Pink Floyd just doesn't work without that low end. The whole mix felt messy; all the instruments just bled together into this wall of noise. The levels were totally off, too—the guitar was way too loud, drowning everything else out, and at times it was so piercing you couldn't even tell what was being played...
I wasn't really feeling those little improvisational bits they threw in either. I'm about 99% sure they were just some of their own riffs, though don't quote me on that—the sound was pretty bad and I was high, so maybe I missed a few things... but I'd bet money they were just messing around with some random stuff. There were moments where I genuinely wondered if this was even Floyd or what...
The visuals were the usual mediocre quality, but that’s not really the point. The vocals were decent, especially the female singer, but overall, it was a letdown. The Australians were ten times better...
