I heard there's a study coming out soon that backs up the title of this thread, so I was wondering if there's any truth to it. Basically, the idea is that since our mouth tissue regenerates so fast, constantly biting at it out of habit might trigger cancer because the cells are working overtime to repair themselves. I'm definitely no expert here, but apparently, the research is right around the corner, so we'll see!

I'd love it if some pros could weigh in and let me know if this actually holds water...
