I thought the first one was actually pretty fresh and funny... but man, I cannot believe how bad the sequel is. It’s just constant vulgarity and cheap jokes that I don't see how anyone over 15 could even find funny. There were maybe two decent bits—like that black albino polar bear and the scene where he flies off on a glider while Zach Galifianakis drops the anchor. Everything else? Just a total mess, if you ask me. Though, I guess I don't know when I last sat through such a bad "blockbuster."
