Stopped by the AT&T store today, just to see if they actually serve those massive portions...

I trekked through half the city today and I have to give credit where it's due—it seems the warm sunshine finally coaxed the girls out of hiding... quite a decent crowd gathering around Dodger Stadium today.

We held the line.

Not on our watch! ☕

Milan Bandić is walking free, while the Mississippi River ZZ is haunting this forum... coincidence? I suppose... ☕

He’s basically just an American Tarzan, man...

I caught a glimpse of a girl at the arena today wearing something... different. It actually made my heart skip a beat, making me feel like I was twenty all over again...

I’ve actually had pretty solid luck with them. After using Sony and HTC, I’d put those top-tier guys right up there with the supposedly "premium" Samsung.

We have both an iPhone and a Samsung in our household, and honestly, the Samsung absolutely crushes the iPhone... the speed is just spectacular, loading pages faster than my desktop computer does😬 It's a solid device, truly impressive. And I'm talking about the flagship model specifically; who knows what they're doing with the budget stuff, since they probably cut corners on the cheaper versions

I'm looking at a new tracksuit, though I really just need the pants, and I found a pair that looks absolutely top-tier

but then I remember Jerry’s reaction when he saw George wearing one: "you gave up on life."

Now I find myself stuck in quite a dilemma...

I have this hairstyle

Well, obviously. I’m no tech guru, but $167 seems a bit thin to me, while three monthly installments feel excessive if you can snag a flagship from a reputable brand for that much. If I actually wanted an upgrade, I’d just extend my contract and grab a new Galaxy for three payments max, whereas what this Chinese manufacturer is offering for the same price 😕

It’s honestly on par with trying to score a budget Vizio TV

Someone was asking about Chinese smartphones earlier; I saw a shop open up here in town selling brands I’ve never even heard of, probably some cheap knockoffs from overseas... 🤷 they're priced between $600 and $3,000, running Android.

Watching Braveheart or 300... hmm...

As for 300, those Scots proved they were nothing more than cowards, so there’s really no point in revisiting that film...☕

I honestly can't remember the last time I actually had to book a ticket on a Tuesday or a Sunday.

I never bother with Wednesdays; I usually stick to the weekends—Friday through Sunday—and that's when the crowds show up. Occasionally a theater is slammed, like it was for FF7, but most of the time it's just half-full, which is really about as much as you can hope for...

I don't frequent those indie theaters showing alternative junk, so I wouldn't know how things look over there...

And to what Amanda Evans2 was saying, if people are buying tickets last minute, it feels like you have to live at the cinema just to catch anything. I go quite often, yet even then, I average maybe once a month since the movies I actually care about aren't released that frequently; after FF, the next thing on my list is Mad Max, and that isn't for another month...

Though I did catch a trailer for a decent comedy during my last visit, so perhaps it might be worth a trip...😬

The theaters in New York City are absolutely packed, especially when those big-budget blockbusters hit the screens...

Interstellar features a rather hollow plot, even if the visuals are undeniably striking.

Fast & Furious works quite well if you grew up alongside it. You revisit those early films, see how much they've changed, and realize just how much time has slipped away...

Caught the premiere at the Madison Square Garden arena, though they failed to provide the 4D experience...🤔The film itself is solid, though quite essential if you've followed every single Fast & Furious installment thus far...

Amanda Evans2 said:Has anyone actually been out to the movie theater lately? I’ve been scanning the schedules, looking for something worth my time, but since that last Oscar-nominated blockbuster left theaters, I haven't seen a single thing on the marquee that looks remotely interesting... and honestly, I was really craving some decent popcorn.

Watched FF7 at the arena during the late screening, and by the end, I was actually shedding a tear...

You just keep repeating yourself, forcing them to recite nothing but classic American poetry...

They just laid into another kid on the playground. I suppose some people believe that's the only way to instill any real discipline... ☕

Honestly, I’d just ask him for his keys; there’s really nothing to it when you’re making a direct approach... ☕
