Hey everyone—quick question. If anyone knows where I can get some solid Jiu Jitsu or MMA training in the city... I thought about Muay Thai too, but honestly, I don't think I'm flexible enough for that kind of stuff.🙂 Basically, I checked out some sessions over at Cikatica and it just didn't hit the mark for me. I also spent a few months training with Leonard over in Dubrava, but the whole vibe felt pretty amateurish... totally unprofessional. Today I headed down to the Kvartric area to try out Dennis Survivor, but they told me their registration isn't even open for another few months. Now that I'm stuck without a plan, I figured I'd ask you guys for advice.🙂 Can someone recommend a club where people actually take things seriously? Ideally somewhere with separate groups—I'm not looking to train in a mixed class with women or kids all mashed together. Thanks.
Oh, and I'm 22, got some money to spend, and would prefer something near the Kvartric/Downtown area if possible. Thanks.

Any boxing matches going down? Anyone know where I can catch some action... just need it to be decent quality and not break the bank

What do you mean, over by the new Quartic?! Of course I can handle it—just tell me when and where to show up...🙂

Justin Adams5 said:There's some clubs around here—I train at that Thai boxing spot, which isn't too far from you. You’ve also got Quartic nearby, plus Dennis Survival Jiu Jitsu and boxing out of the same gym... though I'm guessing the price tag there isn't exactly cheap... $67

I know all about that Jiu Jitsu stuff, but man, the price tag is killer—it’s sitting somewhere around... $77 If I'm counting right—and that's only two more hour-long sessions a week—it's a bit light... barely enough to make a dent...

Look, I'm hanging around the Quartic area—so anything nearby is fine. Honestly, I wouldn't mind heading over to Brooklyn or even Queens... just as long as they actually know what they're doing and aren't charging an arm and a leg.🙂 I'm looking to get started with some boxing, so if anyone knows a solid gym...

Where can I find some legit training here in Washington, D.C.—maybe boxing or Muay Thai—where I can pull at least 3 or 4 sessions a week? Been checking out a few spots lately and honestly... they all feel kind of amateur hour. If anyone knows a place that actually pushes you and won't go easy on the workouts, let me know... would really appreciate it!
e oh, and if it doesn't break the bank—ideally under $200—that'd be even better
