The pricing here isn't great; you can actually find better deals back home in the States:

$0.83 ~ $350
It’s kind of like upgrading from a standard sedan to something with a bit more horsepower and smoother handling; you get a slightly better motherboard and some decent RAM.
My apologies for posting this in the wrong spot.
Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly!
Hey everyone! I was wondering, how well would an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X perform when paired with a Gigabyte AB350M DS3H motherboard?

A quick little update...
Just soaking up the summer vibes, and honestly, my nutrition is mostly on track; I make sure to hit my protein goals while letting myself enjoy some carbs whenever the mood strikes.
There’s been a fair amount of socializing and various celebrations lately, but nothing that really threw me off my game.
I'm sitting right around 155 lbs, give or take a couple of pounds.
As for staying active, it's a bit of everything—jogging trails, cycling, swimming, going for walks, and occasionally hitting the heavy bag or squeezing in a quick lifting session if a buddy happens to swing by.
It’s a steady kind of rhythm that keeps me right where I want to be regarding my goals, following that "less is more" philosophy.
I'll probably wait until there's a more significant change to share new photos, like if I move out of this weight class and pack on some more muscle, but we'll see how it goes.
Hope everyone is having an amazing summer—cheers! 👍

Here is that back photo I promised you all. Just a heads-up, though—these shots were taken while my muscles were cold and without any kind of pump. I’ll plan to drop the next progress update once I wrap up my current set of matches and can get back to focusing on pull-ups and bodyweight training as my main foundation for movement and strength. 👍

I figured it was finally time to share some photos so I’m not just talking big without any proof.
Essentially, my training and nutrition follow the Babasov methods. 😁
Just to give you some context, there's about a year's worth of progress between these "before" and "after" shots. My routine revolves around kickboxing, where I actually compete quite actively. Most of my work involves bodyweight exercises and functional movements, mixed in with some pure strength training here and there—it's basically an all-around fitness approach designed to keep me sharp for combat sports.
Diet-wise, I stick mostly to Paleo principles and try to live as healthily as possible. Aside from the technical details, I pretty much call the shots myself, whether I'm prepping meals in the kitchen or pushing my limits in the gym.
Cheers!

Thanks to everyone for getting back to me so quickly! I really enjoyed Halek's presentation!
I’m actually stepping in to help out a colleague this time rather than looking for something for myself.
He is hunting for a solid gaming setup within a specific budget, and he really just needs the tower itself. To be honest, we aren't worried about how quiet the system runs or how flashy it looks under the lights.
The main thing is that the purchase needs to be made through Best Buy using an American financing plan.
I am well aware that other retailers might offer better deals or custom building and shipping services where you could potentially squeeze more performance out of the same budget, but sometimes it's just easier to explain things to people when you stick to one familiar place, so I would appreciate it if you could build this entire list using parts exclusively from Best Buy.
Thanks so much!
I’m actually in pretty great shape, but a solid night of drinking—meaning I can still walk and stay conscious, of course—usually takes me about four or five days to fully bounce back from. It’s like a lingering shadow where the physical symptoms aren't even the worst part; it’s more like that heavy, alcohol-induced depressive fog that sticks around for a few days.
Typically, my appetite completely vanishes the next day, and I find myself unable to eat anything at all because my body just won't allow it.
As for hitting the gym the day after a bender, that’s simply off the table for me since I have zero motivation, zero strength, and absolutely no coordination left in the tank. It isn't just about skipping a workout; it's more that any kind of serious responsibility feels impossible because that day is essentially a total wash for me.
Just a little science regarding the booze: think of it as a diuretic, which leads to dehydration, an electrolyte imbalance, hemoconcentration, and a drop in blood pressure, ultimately resulting in a racing heart and those pounding headaches.
One thing that works wonders is making sure to chug a full liter of water before you even head to bed.
Taking ibuprofen can be a lifesaver, even if it's admittedly tough on the liver, whereas I steer clear of aspirin since it tends to irritate the stomach even more than the alcohol itself does.
When it comes to exercise and sweating, the muscle engagement raises your core temperature, which kicks metabolic processes into high gear, helping your body process "toxins" faster and supporting better liver metabolism, which is crucial.
You might notice that leaner individuals tend to get drunk faster and take longer to sober up; this is because the titration of alcohol from fatty tissues—which aren't just storage depots, as the brain is essentially made of fat—is relatively slower. For example, the liver handles a portion, while the uptake of alcohol during breakdown fills up both hepatic and muscle glycogen first, whereas in someone with more body fat, those stores act as a reservoir that absorbs fat-soluble metabolites. Since adipose tissue is highly vascularized, it plays a role, though it really all boils down to an individual's unique metabolic rate.
You start feeling the real effects of alcohol once your liver reaches its limit of compensation—specifically when alcohol dehydrogenase, one of the three main enzymes, can't keep up, allowing un-metabolized alcohol to reach the brain.
It's also worth noting how much body heat you lose; alcohol causes peripheral vasodilation, creating this deceptive sensation of warmth when, in reality, the opposite is true. You're actually losing heat and becoming chilled while you're intoxicated.
Regarding training while hungover, personally, I wouldn't do it, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. 😁
Dymatize ISO100 tastes absolutely fantastic, and honestly, when you look at the value you're getting, the price point feels just right.
Personally, I found this movie to be absolutely fantastic.
It’s packed with action and pure entertainment, moving at such a steady clip that there isn't a single dull moment to be found.
The whole conflict wraps up quite smoothly, and all things considered, it’s definitely worth catching on the big screen—maybe aim for a Wednesday matinee to beat the crowds for $4.75 😁
The main villain is just hilarious; even when he's getting totally thrashed, he keeps dropping those "You lose" lines like it's nothing, which had me laughing out loud!
I just took a look at the training routine, and honestly, it looks absolutely fantastic, much like having a perfectly mapped out roadmap before starting a cross-country road trip... I'm officially hitting the ground running tomorrow. 👍
Are you waiting for an adapter, or are you just not taking it off the tire valve? ☕
I actually have this one pump that features a quick-switch mechanism—kind of like how you might toggle settings on a high-end espresso machine—so when you turn the dial, it adjusts perfectly for a standard car valve, which is incredibly convenient and doesn't cost much more than the basic models...

It’s almost like watching a pit crew during a NASCAR race; within just two minutes, you managed to drop two posts, fix a faulty valve, and get your tire pressure perfectly dialed in👍🙏 ... honestly, you should consider applying to be a mechanic for the Ferrari racing team😉
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 🙏
nothing me has had a good laugh on this forum quite like this!
It seems like most of the "cyclists" here swear by those French brands, but personally, I find the automotive-style valve much more practical because I can just use any standard gas station pump without hunting for a tiny adapter that always seems to go missing, and since I typically run about 3 bar in the rear and slightly less in the front, it doesn't make a real difference to my ride quality how I fill them up.

The crew is fantastic—really top-tier instructors—and you don't need any special gear or a specific age to join; they welcome all beginners with open arms.
Ah, I won't be moving into Los Angeles until September 24th, so does that mean I'll miss out entirely, or is that delay just too much of a gap to bridge?
