Šibenik, wrestling or boxing?
Looking for info: if you know any coaches, prices, and the pros and cons of both sports🙂
Jerseys in Miscellaneous ·
Can anyone here point me toward where I can snag an authentic jersey for one of these guys: Vermaelen, Giroud, Podolski, Song, or Arteta? Arsenal vs Juventus

To be clear, I’m not looking to buy the whole squad—just one specific player.
My budget tops out at $83, because the kits on arsenal.com are running me anywhere from 500 to $200... 🙂
GPU Buying Guide - (Read first post) in Desktops ·
shadowjackal16 said:Just a simple question. I need a GPU that can actually run modern games. Nothing crazy, just something decent enough to play... used, budget around $100.

With that kind of cash, you can't even afford the bottom-of-the-barrel junk.

Mah, it doesn't matter... actually, I'm glad you asked. Didn't want to look like an idiot in that thread 🤣

I know, I was just trying to point out their general vibe...
Richard Barrett53 said:They’re announcing some massive band to replace The Cranberries. I wonder how people will react. Maybe they'll pull someone big enough to actually make me buy a ticket, though I doubt it.

They might bring in One Direction 😍.
I wouldn't be surprised if they booked Guns N' Roses, assuming they aren't busy. Musicians play for cheap these days. They could even grab someone from the punk scene, like The Clash...

EDIT: http://www.coachella.com/progr...o-be-announced
The Cranberries were easily the highlight of the whole thing. Man, this year's Coachella was such a letdown...

Eric Sanchez11 said:So, are we actually driving or what? 🙂 So you're just going to head out without them? Fine... 🙂

You’ll get the notifications, but don't hold your breath—it'll probably take two months just for them to get in shape... 🙂

Eric Sanchez11 said:Aha... okay. Look, if we set up a group ride, you're coming with us. If a ceramicist can handle leading a junior through Canada, you can manage too. Heck, maybe even your parents can tag along. 🙂

Trying to talk them into it is basically a Sisyphus job... but hey, hopefully I can drag them along and finally meet you guys. 😁

fadedcrane36, it's about 68 miles miles just out of Naperville. Think about whether you really want to drive there and back in a single day, or if it's smarter to crash somewhere and spend some time driving around the area. (Maybe that excursion spot the tile guy mentioned would work...)

No, my parents are just nervous about going. 😂 🤣
And besides, I won't be traveling on my own before I'm 20 anyway... 😉

The moment I posted that, I was about 24.5... but looking at how things are shaping up now, probably not in the next 6 years either...😂🤣

Eric Sanchez11 said:You can take Route 1 through Naperville, then hit Route 2 toward Stowe, cross into Canada, and just follow the path through Smalltown, USA towards Maribor. The road to Stowe isn't exactly a heavy traffic zone, and I'm not sure about the situation in Canada, but riding there is pure bliss... cycling is the absolute best 🙂

Thanks
🙂

Anyone know a route from route I-95 toward Canada with minimal traffic and fewer highways? I realize I won't always be able to stick to backroads, but I'm looking for something better than the main drags...
What’s the damage for ATM tickets? And does anyone have a current lineup list handy?
If they brought out two more bands like this, then $133
would actually be worth it.

Edit: Honestly, the peak years were 2008, 2009, and 2010...

Personally, I think they're pretty solid. No complaints from me 🙂 But for me, it doesn't really scream heavy or thrash metal. It feels more like hard rock or maybe even glam metal...

Here you go 🙂
It happened on April 16th. Apparently, not everyone is reporting on this, but fine...

redmarlin3 said:Unfortunately, I can't get to it. It was in the print edition—I know it came out right after the Patton verdict. He’s on the cover, and the headline asks, "Were we the aggressors?"... Based on the number of features, it looks like it was a Sunday supplement, so April 17th. 🤔
That article was part of those Sunday features...

Was it Sunday or Saturday? I can't quite remember... Anyway, there were either 101 or 111 people in the American public who actually followed which schools they graduated from... but that was only in the print edition of The New York Times.

redmarlin3 said:The New York Times recently ran a list of over 100 public figures in America, detailing their high school and college credentials.

As I recall, Michael Bloomberg and Jerry Jones didn't even finish college.

That’s what I was getting at... who else? Oh, right. Warren Buffett.
