Dealing with pollen and dust allergies...

My nose is acting up and I can't stop sneezing, though I do get these little "breaks" where I feel fine for a day or two. Based on what you've all been through, does this sound like an actual allergy? It started around late April and hasn't let up since. I don't know much about allergies because I've never dealt with anything like this before.
