Large breasts and back pain: Any advice? in Women's Health ·
I’m totally with Angela Martin2 on this one. 👍

Core strength is everything here. It supports your back, and since all that weight from our chests is concentrated right there, we really need those muscles. I think daily ab workouts are key, plus staying mindful of weight—it feels like whenever we gain a few pounds, our breasts are always the first thing to notice. Also, posture is huge: shoulders back, stomach tucked in! And definitely go for a bra with wider straps...

But yeah, nothing groundbreaking there, I guess.

eeeeeeeeeeeee.........

So, that’s hormonal contraception... and you really shouldn't mess around with it. I was on Windows 4 for about 4 or 5 years. To be fair, I never actually wanted to skip my period, but the instructions are spot on—you just keep taking the pills from the next pack, stop whenever you want, and take a 7-day break like usual. Then you just start a new 21-pill pack and carry on as normal.

But honestly, if you're feeling nervous about it, why even go through with it? Is it absolutely necessary? There are always tampons. Plus, when you're on the pill, periods are usually lighter, so tampons work perfectly fine.

If it's just one clean infection, you'll definitely get through it—usually just antibiotics. Don't panic, though; everything is going to be fine.

You didn't mention where they actually found the cyst—was it on your ovary, uterus, or somewhere else? Sometimes watery cysts just clear up on their own, and sometimes antibiotics help too (if I recall correctly). Don't panic, everything can be managed.
