You know the ones—where a club that’s absolutely desperate for a specific position suddenly gets offered a player who’s basically been stuck in the shadows or just hasn't found their rhythm anywhere lately.

Well, I just had my CA 125 checked again, and the results are higher than ever—141. My doctor told me to get the blood drawn right when my period starts. For the first two days, everything seemed totally normal, but by the third day, it was nothing but clots. I went in for the blood work the very next day. I haven’t actually managed to sit down with my specialist yet because our work shifts are constantly clashing. What really gets to me is that last month, I didn't even have that usual ovulation pain I usually get, and I didn't feel any discomfort before my period either, yet my CA 125 is still climbing. It’s enough to drive me absolutely insane! I’ve been seriously considering heading over to the Sunce clinic to get a full systemic check-up; who knows, maybe there's a localized issue somewhere else that's throwing things off. Or, I might make the trip to Washington, D.C. to visit the Podobnik clinic. I've heard they have an excellent reputation. Does anyone happen to know how much a full exam costs there?

Well, here I go again. I went in for a Color Doppler today. You wouldn't believe it—this guy spent ten minutes poking and prodding me just to finally locate my right ovary, which ended up tucked way down in the bottom right corner. Honestly, what kind of doctor even is that? It’s no wonder they end up leaving us hanging with some vague illness. Anyway, he told me my uterus is retroverted, and apparently, I have functional cysts again (maybe because I just ovulated?). He also noted that while my right ovary isn't where it's supposed to be, the blood flow looks good. No adhesions or anything like that. Then I go see my own gynecologist, and suddenly, there's still no actual diagnosis! It is driving me absolutely insane. He actually suggested that once I get my period, I should go back in for a CA 125 test and then another ultrasound, and just keep going in this endless loop. Seriously, how long is this supposed to last?

That fluid was completely clear, without any weird formations or anything, but now they aren't saying a single thing on the ultrasound. He just brushed it off, claiming it was just how my cycle was acting. As if that actually matters!

Hey everyone, I’m back after yet another ultrasound session. For the most part, the doctor says everything looks okay—my uterus seems fine and there's nothing unusual showing up on my ovaries. That cyst I was worried about actually vanished! It's a relief to have a clear scan, but he's still fixated on my CA 125 levels. He gave me a referral for a color Doppler, but the earliest appointment I could snag isn't until July 5th. So, once again, I'm stuck in this endless waiting game. Honestly, he isn't ruling out endometriosis, but from what I understand, you really can't confirm that without going under for a laparoscopy. I'm just sitting here wondering: what is a color Doppler supposed to tell us anyway? Is he worried I might have some kind of tumor?

In this country, women just seem to attract nothing but trouble. Let me tell you my story. I’m 33 years old and have two kids—my youngest is two and a half. Everything always seemed fine during my OBGYN appointments, though I frequently dealt with pain on my right side. For about the last year, I’ve been dealing with painful ovulations, or at least that's how I interpreted it. My cycle is usually pretty regular. However, my last two periods arrived early. In the third month, I actually got it a full week ahead of schedule, and the bleeding looked... suspicious. It was one of those gut feelings where you just know something isn't right. I went to see my doctor, and because he noticed my uterus looked a bit purplish and was tilted backward, he ordered an ultrasound. That's when he found some kind of fluid-filled cyst on my uterus, and told me I needed to get tumor markers checked. Well, the CA 125 marker came back at 137, when the normal limit is 35. I went back to him, but he wouldn't tell me anything! He didn't want to speculate or give me any clarity; he just told me I have to come back immediately after my next period ends and redo the marker test. Only then can he actually say something. This uncertainty is absolutely killing me. What is happening to me? I should start my period around the 25th. From what I've searched on Google, that marker is linked to ovarian cancer, but who knows what else it could be? He didn't even mention my ovaries to me. Does anyone know anything about this? Please, someone, comfort me... maybe it isn't cancer.

What happens if I need to send someone some links via email, but I don't have them all memorized? Is there a way to just copy and paste them, or what am I supposed to do if my email client doesn't even show an "insert link" icon?😕

I’ve been using Microsoft Office Home & Student to burn discs, and honestly, everything was running like a dream until now. But suddenly, I’m hitting a wall. I have this one DVD that I’ve burned multiple times before without any issues, but now it won't budge. I tried swapping in a completely different disc, and nope—same exact problem. I keep getting this nagging error message claiming there isn't enough free space; it says I have about 3305 MB available but it's demanding something like 3470 MB. If I just check the box to bypass it, I can technically finish the burn, but what is actually going on here? Where is this "missing" space hiding? How am I supposed to clear it out? I checked my hard drive and I still have about 3GB of breathing room, so that shouldn't be the issue. So, if it's not the drive, what on earth is it? Please help! As you can tell, I am definitely not some kind of computer whiz, so I’m a bit out of my element here!!!!!

It seems like this forum—and probably a dozen others out there too—is absolutely packed with jargon that makes zero sense to me. For instance, what on earth is a "spoiler," how do you actually find one, or what does a "ban" even entail?
I was wondering if someone could be a total saint and compile a sort of glossary of these terms? It would be incredibly helpful for beginners like myself if you could list these various expressions, define them, and maybe point out where we can encounter things like a spoiler 😕 in our daily browsing.
