Missing periods: What's your experience? in Health ·
I'm not sure if you ever sorted that out, but I wanted to mention that I tried drinking chasteberry tea twice a day—morning and night—for sixteen days straight after my surgery. Suddenly, my period actually showed up, which usually only happens about twice a year unless my hormones act up. I stopped taking it because the side effects were brutal. For me, chasteberry tea was a total nightmare.
Ovaries: Cysts and related issues [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
I’ve been dealing with oophoritis for two years now. An ultrasound is really the clearest way to confirm if there's inflammation. That was my starting point, and now I only get my period twice a year. Honestly, the anxiety is killing me. I went through a massive amount of hormone pills before finally stopping. Now, I just stick to drinking chamomile tea preventively; you can't go wrong with it, and it's excellent for inflammation. I really hope you feel better soon.😉

Never had any issues personally, but for the last month, there's been this constant, dull aching and slight stinging in my lower abdomen. It isn't intense or anything, just... persistent.
I don't want to freak you out, but that’s how they diagnosed me with ovarian inflammation. Been dealing with it for two years now.
